The purpose of this study is to verify key success factors of local food in korea. to comment specifically on this topics is make a study influence relationship analysis between pattern of local food and success factors of local food, impact relational analysis between success factors and buying intention, moderating effects of local food image between success factors of local food and purchase intentions. We collected statistically usable data from 225 questionnaire respondents who live in Chungcheong provinces and analyzed them to investigate a research model and test research hypothesis using frequency analysis, reliability and validity of factor analysis, one way ANOVA, T-test, multiple regression of spss win 18 package.
The results were summarized as follows. First, H1 was partially supported to meaningful differences between pattern of local food and CEO leadership and marketing factors in key success factors of local food Second, H2 on key success factors of local food, that is product factors, marketing factors, and origin factors on local food positively affected the purchase intention of local food. Third, we could partially find moderating effect of local food image between product, market factors, and marketing factors of success factors about local food and purchase intention. exception of CEO leadership and origin effect factors of success factors in local food. and local food's image positively affected buying intentions of local food.
