The purpose of this study Based on theory of authentic leadership. This study examined the effect of supervisor`s authentic leadership on employee`s behavior of support and mediated role of leader trust.
Authentic leaders are sincere to themselves, exhibit behavior positively and develop associates into leader themselves. An authentic leader mainly shows two kinds of character which are self-awareness and self-regulation.
For this study questionnaires were distributed into employees from 50 companies. Total 220 questionnaires was used to examine the hypotheses. The result of this study were as follows.
First, an authentic leadership has significant and positive impact on behavior of support, especially compliance and cooperation. An authentic leader`s self-regulation has significant impact on behavior of support, but there is no significant impact on authentic leader`s self-awareness.
Second, leader trust has partial mediated effect on between authetic leader`s self regulation and behavior on support as cooperation.
In conclusion, authentic leadership significantly influence employees` positive attitude toward organization change and its implication develop in this area will have high use value.
