한국과 중국의 재난 위기관리 커뮤니케이션에 관한 비교 분석 = Comparative Analysis on Disaster Crisis Management Communication between Korea and China

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is that comparative analysis on the similarities and differences of crisis management communication styles between Korea and China. Through with the problem and a improvement plan on crisis management communication between Korea and China was presented.
In order to achieve the purposes of this paper, I, the author, conducted a survery of university students in South Korea and China (a total of 286 people, 142 Koreans and 144 Chineses) to gain information as to the students' level of understanding about ' Comparative Analysis on the Disaster Crisis Management Communication between Korea and China'. The Chinese university students were surveyed from June 16, 2012 to June 20, 2012. The South Koreann university students were surveyed from June 12, 2012 to June 19, 2012. The results of the survey were analyzed in accordance with the SPSS 18.0 statistical survey methodology.
In the first chapter an introduction and outline to the research is given along with purpose for the research, the scope of the study and the methodology of the reseatch.
In chapter 2, the background of crisis management communication were introduced. Additionally, papers written by scholars before me on crisis management communication has led to the creation of this paper.
In chapter 3, through the SPSS 18.0 system the information gathered through the surveys given to South Korean and Chinese students was analyzed. It allows us to evaluate the reliancition of a medium in disaster coverage, the factors of the disaster's occurrence, the communication strategy in corresponding the disaster crisis. Moreover, the information also allows us to analyze the effectiveness of the reception about disaster crisis information.
In chapter 4, compares between South Krean and Chinese students' knowledge on crisis management communication through analyzing the similarities and differences between the two groups.
In the final chapter, the problem on the crisis management communication between South Korean and Chinese was founded. It was that the reception about disaster crisis information is not effective. Finally, a immprovement plan was presentied.
