This research mentoring type of soccer coaches and players' achievement goal orientation, sport self-confidence and self-management behaviors analysis to model the path belonging to a high school football player analysis of 186 patients were summarized as follows.

1. Mentoring role of the leader of this sub-task goal orientation factors which influence the level of psychosocial function in a statistically significant positive influence a(p<.05).

2. Mentoring role of the leader of the factors which influence ego goal orientation at the statistical level of psychosocial function in the positive (+) influence a(p<.05).
3. Mentoring role of leaders in sport confidence factors, the significance leve(p<.001) was found to be in the factors affecting a statistically significant was not affected.

4. Mentoring role of leaders in significance level of self-management factors(p<.001) were affected in the sub-factors of the factors in career development, interpersonal management functions at the level of statistical significance at the positive (+) effect on was found(p<.001).
