아동이 지각한 미술치료의 치료성과와 치료적 요인 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미술치료의 치료성과와 치료적 요인 척도를 구성하여 치료적 요인이 치료성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 P시에 거주하며 미술치료를 3개월 이상 받고 있는 아동 112명으로 하였다. 자료표집은 2012년 4월 3일부터 5월 1일까지 미술치료를 실시하고 있는 치료자들에게 질문지를 의뢰하여 질문지를 수집하였다.
연구 도구는 아동용 치료성과 질문지, 아동용 치료적 요인 질문지이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS PC 19.0 프로그램에 의해 수행되었고, 대상자의 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 빈도와 백분율을 구하였다. 척도의 구성타당도를 위하여 요인분석과 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 신뢰도는 내적 일치도에 의한 신뢰도 분석을 하였다. 치료적 요인이 치료성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 미술치료의 치료적 요인 척도의 타당도를 알아보기 위하여 요인분석을 실시한 결과 치료사요인, 치료동맹요인, 내담자요인, 치료실환경요인, 매체요인이 추출되었고, 이 요인의 설명변량은 71.09%였다. 치료적 요인 척도 전체와 추출된 5개의 하위요인간에는 유의미한 수준에서 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 구성타당도가 입증되었다. 이 척도의 신뢰도는 cronbach α=.964로 나타났다.
둘째, 미술치료의 치료성과 척도의 타당도를 알아보기 위하여 요인분석을 실시한 결과 심리적 안정 및 자기이해, 자기 효능감, 문제행동, 대인관계요인 추출되었고, 이 요인의 설명변량은 60.82%였다. 치료성과 척도 전체와 추출된 4개의 하위요인간에는 유의미한 수준에서 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타나 구성타당도가 입증되었다. 이 척도의 신뢰도는 cronbach α=.906으로 나타났다.
셋째, 미술치료의 치료적 요인과 치료성과의 관계에서 치료사요인, 내담자요인, 치료실환경요인, 매체요인, 치료동맹요인의 5가지 치료적 요인은 치료성과와 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 이것은 치료적 요인 전체가 치료성과에 영향을 주고 있다고 볼 수 있다.
넷째. 치료적 요인이 치료성과에 미치는 독립적인 영향을 파악하기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 치료성과 전체와 자기효능감, 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 치료적 요인은 치료사 요인으로 나타났으며, 심리적 안정 및 자기이해에 영향을 미치는 치료적 요인은 내담자요인, 치료실 환경요인으로 나타났다.
본 연구는 아동을 대상으로 미술치료를 실시할 경우 치료성과는 무엇인지, 또 그 치료성과에 영향을 미치는 치료적 요인이 무엇인지 알아봄으로써, 치료 현장에서 내담자인 아동을 이해하고 긍정적인 변화를 주고 또한 아동을 도울 수 있는 치료지침을 세우는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공한 점에서 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, a treatment achievement instrument and treatment factor were developed to examine the effects of treatment factors on treatment achievement. Participants were 112 children receiving art therapy sessions over three months , all of whom lived in a city. Data were collected by surveying the clients and then collecting the results from April 3, 2012 to May 1, 2012.
The instruments for this study included a treatment achievement questionnaire for children and a treatment factors questionnaire for children. Data were analyzed using SPSS PC 19.0. Frequency and percentage were produced to see the general characteristics of the participants. A factor analysis and a correlation analysis were performed for the construct validity of the instruments. A regression analysis was performed to examine the effects of treatment factors on treatment achievement.
First, a factor analysis to check the validity of treatment factor instrument yielded the following 5 factors: therapist factor, treatment alliance factor, client factor, treatment place factor, and medium factor. The percentage of variance explained of these factors was 71.09%. A significantly positive correlation proving the construct validity was found between the treatment factors instrument and these five factors. The reliability of the instrument was cronbach α=.964.
Second, a factor analysis to check the validity of treatment achievement instrument yielded the following factors: self-efficacy, problematic behavior, and inter-personal relations. The percentage of variance explained of these factors was 60.82%. A significantly positive correlation proving the construct validity was found between the treatment achievement instrument and these four factors. The reliability of the instrument was cronbach α=.964.
Third, there was a positive correlation between the five factors (therapist, treatment alliance, client, treatment place, and medium factor) and treatment achievement. This is an indication of the influence of the whole treatment factors over treatment achievement.
Fourth, a regression analysis to see the effects of treatment factors on treatment achievement yielded that the therapist factor affected treatment achievement, self-efficacy, and problematic behavior, and that client factor and treatment place factor affected emotional stability and self-understanding.
This study inquired into what treatment achievement was in art therapy and what treatment factors affected treatment achievement, which could contribute to develop a treatment guideline. The significance of this study is that it provided basic information needed to develop this kind of guideline.
