조리 기능사 자격증의 역할이 자기효능감과 자아존중감 및 진로결정에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Cooking technician certification role on self-efficacy, self-esteem and career decision

Modern society, politics, economy, society, culture and going through many changes in various fields, and over time, globalization has shown a marked tendency to diversification.
Improve living standards and changes in social structure as a lot of thinking about food has changed. Simply to solve the hunger that was considered life-sustaining means of choosing good quality food and personal preference may reflect a tendency to appear prominently. Cook foods to create a positive perception of people with the change of interest is increased. Cook was treated as a mere means of livelihood, a profession in modern society, experts in social recognition and status, which brought many changes students who wish to specialize in cooking led to an increase of.
And for the Culinary Education was established in 1998, specialized high schools is increasing steadily until now. Cooking with the aim to prepare high school students often find that young, and the acquisition of cooking technician certification also is increasing day by day.
This study of students to recognize the self-efficacy, self-esteem, career decision types by examining effective career guidance suggest the direction of, and cooking technician certification role of the career decision affects your ability to understand what happened and in society from getting a foothold to provide career guidance so that the direction of the Busan area high school students in Culinary College cooking technician certification role of self-efficacy and self-esteem, impact on career decisions were investigated.
The empirical results of this study can be summarized as follows.
Cooking technician qualification recognized for the use of the cooking technician certification about sex were higher ratings of personal skills side, reflected in terms of labor market changes were lower.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대사회는 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등 다양한 분야에서 많은 변화를 겪고 있고, 시간이 지날수록 세계화, 다원화의 경향이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다.
생활수준이 향상되고 사회구조가 변화되면서 음식에 대한 생각도 많이 바뀌었다. 단순히 배고픔을 해결하고 생명유지의 수단이라고 생각되었던 음식은 질적으로 우수한 것을 선택하고 개인의 취향이 반영하는 경향이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 음식을 만드는 사람들 조리사에 대한 긍정적인 인식변화와 더불어 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 단순한 생계수단으로 취급되었던 조리사라는 직업은 현대사회에서는 전문 인력으로 사회적인 인식과 지위에 많은 변화를 가져왔고 이는 조리를 전문적으로 공부해보고자 하는 학생들의 증가로 이어졌다. 이에 체계적인 조리교육을 위하여 1998년에 특성화 고등학교가 설립되었고 현재까지 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 조리고등학교 입학을 목표로 준비하고 있는 어린 학생들을 종종 볼 수 있고, 조리기능사 자격증의 취득도 나날이 증가하고 있다.
본 연구는 학생들이 인식하는 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 진로결정유형을 조사하여 효율적인 진로지도의 방향을 제시 하며, 조리기능사 자격증의 역할이 진로결정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 사회 진출 발판을 마련할 수 있도록 진로지도의 방향을 제시하고자 부산지역 조리 전공 고등학생을 대상으로 조리기능사 자격증의 역할이 자기효능감과 자아존중감, 진로결정에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하였다.
본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다.
조리기능사 자격 검정에 대한 인식은 조리기능사 자격증의 활용성에 대하여 높게 나타났으며 개인적인 능력의 평가기준 측면, 노동시장 변화의 반영 측면에서는 낮게 나타났다.
자기효능감에 대한 인식은 평균 3.0이상으로 비교적 높은 수준을 보여주었으며 특히 조리기능사 자격증을 취득으로 인해 자부심을 느끼며 자신감을 가진다는 항목에서 높은 인식수준을 나타내었다. 조리기능사 자격증 취득이 학습능력 향상을 가져올 것이라는 기대감은 가장 낮게 나타났다. 자아존중감에 대한 인식은 부모님, 친구 등 주변사람들과의 좋은 관계를 가장 높게 나타내었다.
진로결정유형에 대한 인식수준을 살펴보면, 어떤 결정을 하기 전에 그 결정을 함으로써 생기는 결과에 대해 가능한 한 많이 알고 싶다는 것이 가장 높은 인식수준을 나타내었으며, 결정을 할 때, 이 결정과 관련된 결과까지 고려하는 것 또한 높게 나타났다. 올바른 결정을 할 수 있는 능력에 자신이 없기 때문에 주로 다른 사람의 의견에 따른다는 진로결정의 문항은 가장 낮은 인식을 나타내었다.
연구대상자의 영역별 인식수준을 살펴보면, 조리기능사의 자격증의 현장성, 활용성, 통합성의 인식수준은 활용성의 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 진로결정의 인식수준은 자기효능감의 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났다.
연구대상자의 성별에 따른 영역별 인식수준을 살펴보면, 먼저 조리기능사 자격증의 현장성, 활용성, 통합성에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나 여자의 인식수준이 남자보다 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 자기효능감에서는 남녀 모두가 평균 3.0이상으로 나타나 남녀 모두가 높은 자기효능감을 나타내었고, 자아존중감에서는 남녀 모두가 평균 3.0이하로 낮게 나타났다. 진로결정에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나 남자의 진로결정에 대한 인식수준이 여자보다 높게 나타났다.
연구대상자의 학년에 따른 영역별 인식을 알아보면, 먼저 조리기능사 자격증의 역할에서는 활용성, 통합성, 자격의 역할 전체에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 활용성의 경우에 1학년의 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났다. 통합성에서는 2학년의 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 자격의 역할 전체에서는 1학년의 자격의 역할 전체에 대한 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났다. 자기효능감에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나 1학년의 자기효능감에 대한 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타 났으며, 자아존중감에서는 1, 2, 3학년의 모든 학생들이 평균 3.0이하로 나타나 자아존중감에 대한 인식수준이 높지 않았다. 진로결정에서는 남녀 모두가 평균 3.0이상으로 나타나 남녀 모두가 진로결정에 대해서 높은 인식수준을 보여주고 있었다.
연구대상자의 기능사 자격증에 취득 수에 따른 영역별 인식을 살펴보면, 먼저 조리기능사 자격증의 역할에서는 활용성, 통합성에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며 활용성의 경우에 자격증이 3개인 연구대상자들의 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 통합성에서는 취득 자격증이 5개 이상인 연구대상자들의 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났다. 자기효능감에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나 취득 자격증이 3개인 연구대상자들의 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 자아존중감에서도 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나 자격증이 3개인 연구대상자들의 인식수준이 가장 높게 나타났다. 진로결정에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나 자격증
