小商工人의 創業準備가 創業成功에 미치는 影響

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 소상공인을 대상으로 하여 창업준비가 성공창업에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 규명해내는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이론연구를 하였고, 선행연구를 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 창업의 준비로서 창업교육과 사업계획서 수립이 가장 중요하며 창업의 성공지표로서 사업지속가능성 구축과 자긍심 형성이 될 수 있음을 확인 하였다.
그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업교육은 성공창업의 자긍심 형성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사업계획서 수립은 성공창업의 사업지속가능성 구축과 자긍심 형성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 창업의 실패를 줄이고 성공확률을 높이는데 사전 준비의 필요성을 실증적인 분석을 통하여 증명하는 성과를 이루었다. 비록 변수들의 선택과 실증분석을 위한 샘플집단의 선정에 만족하지는 못하지만 향후 지속적인 연구를 위한 동기를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 찾고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This dissertation examined the effects of prior preparations for starting a business on the possibility of its success by empirically analyzing the research among small businesses. To achieve the study objective, a theoretical approach and reviews of pre thesis have been implemented.
Through this approach, it has been confirmed that a proper education and an appropriate business planning are the critical factors for the preparation and the construction of sustainability and seeding a self-esteem are main factors as success indicator.
The summary of the study is as below:
First, it has been proved that the pre education has positive effects on building self-esteem.
Second, it has been proved that business planning process has positive effects on the construction of business sustainability and building an self-esteem.
Accordingly this research has achieved the goal of the study by proving that the necessity of preparations for start-up businesses to reduce the failure and raise the success rate through the empirical approach.
Although the choice of variables and sample groups for the research are not satisfactory, it would be meaningful in that the study provides a motive for further study.
