청소년들의 인터넷 이용실태에 대한 정보통신 윤리교육에 관한 연구 = A Study on Education of Information and Communication Ethics relatedto Internet-using youths

This paper explores the necessity of Information and communication ethics education based on internet using conditions of Korean adolescents in order to make an appropriate suggestion of fostering a sense of information and communication ethics so that Korean adolescents can avoid the adverse effect of using the internet in the information age. In Particular, in the case of Korea, a systematic and overall information and communication ethics education should be provided because a curriculum of information and communication ethics education is treated as partially one of the strengthened information and communication technology programs.
The purpose of this paper is to help adolescents heighten a sense of information and communication morality and reduce heavy dependence on the internet. This paper examined Korean adolescents' internet using conditions, internet addiction, and the level of information and communication ethics cognition based on a survey of students in the first grade of academic and specialized highschool in Jecheon. Based on the data, this paper provided information and communication ethics education to the class which has the highest rate of online addiction. As a result, this paper demonstrated that the education of information and communication ethics helps decrease the rate of the internet addiction in the experiment class, respectively, in each highschool.
According to the study on information and communication ethics education based on Adolescents' internet using, it demonstrates that information and communication ethics education in school can help reduce the rate of the internet dependence. In conclusion, the study suggests that school should make time for providing information and communication ethics education, seek continuous education opportunities. In addition, school should prepare teacher training course go that teachers can give appropriate and technical education on information and communication ethics, and develop various teaching methods.
Finally, teachers should encourage students to participate actively in information and communication ethics class and priginate an effective teaching method for students to have a sense of good morality by themselves through discussion and example.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 청소년들의 정보화 역기능에 대처할 수 있는 정보통신 윤리 가치관과 의식 함양을 위한 바람직한 방향을 제시하기 위해 청소년들의 인터넷 이용실태에 대한 정보통신 윤리교육에 관한 연구를 하였다. 특히 한국의 경우, 정보통신 윤리교육의 내용은 기술 교육의 부분적 성격이 강하여 범교과적이고 체계적인 교육과정이 필요한 실정이다.
본 논문의 정보통신 윤리교육에 관한 연구는 청소년들의 윤리의식 향상 및 인터넷 중독률 감소를 위해 인문계.특성화 고등학교 청소년들의 인터넷 이용실태 및 중독률과 윤리의식을 설문을 통하여 조사.분석하고, 결과를 통해 인터넷 중독률이 높은 각 학교 2개 학급에 대하여 윤리교육을 진행하여 인터넷 중독률의 변화를 확인하였다.
청소년들의 인터넷 이용실태에 대한 정보통신 윤리교육에 관한 연구결과, 학교 차원의 정보통신 윤리교육으로 인터넷 중독률 감소가 가능하다는 것을 증명하였다. 또한, 학교 자체적인 교육 시간 확보와 지속적인 교육 운영, 전문적인 교사 양성과 다양한 교육 방법이 필요하다는 결론을 얻었다. 앞으로 주입식 교육방법보다 실천과 참여가 가능한 교육이 필요하며 토론 및 사례중심의 교육을 통해 청소년들 스스로 윤리 의식을 함양할 수 있는 효과적인 교육방법을 개발해야 할 것이다.
