고등학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 역기능적 진로사고, 진로미결정의 관계 = Relations among Perceived Social Support, Dysfunctional Career Thoughts, and Career Indecisionof High School Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

(초 록)
본 연구의 목적은 고등학생들의 역기능적 진로사고, 진로미결정, 사회적 지지의 관계를 검토하는 것이다. 고등학생들이 대학 입시 또는 자신의 진로를 준비하는 과정에서 경험하게 되는 역기능적 진로사고와 진로미결정 사이에서 이들이 지각하는 사회적 지지가 조절변수로서의 예언력을 알아보았다.
연구대상자는 대구광역시와 울산광역시의 고등학생 504명이었으며, 이들에게 사회적 지지 척도와 진로사고 검사, 진로결정 척도를 실시하였다. 자료는 단계적 회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 검토하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 역기능적 진로사고를 많이 할수록 진로를 결정하지 못하였다. 둘째, 사회적 지지를 높게 지각할수록 역기능적 진로사고를 적게 하였다. 셋째, 사회적 지지를 높게 지각할수록 진로를 잘 결정하였다. 넷째, 사회적 지지가 역기능적 진로사고와 진로미결정 사이에서 조절역할을 하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 주변의 지지 체계들을 잘 활용하고 자신이 받는 지지를 높게 지각한다면 역기능적 진로사고를 완충하여 진로를 결정하지 못하는 경우를 줄일 수 있음을 시사한다.

(Abstract)
The purpose of this study was to examine the relations among perceived social support, dysfunctional career thoughts, and career indecision of high school students. This study examined moderating effect of the perceived social support have between dysfunctional career thoughts and career indecision of high school students. The high school students who live in Daegu and Ulsan participated in this study. For data gathering, this study used the student social support scale, career thoughts inventory, and career undecidedness scale.
The results of this study are as follows.
First, the higher dysfunctional thoughts are, the higher the career indecision is. Second, the higher the perceived social support is, the lower the dysfunctional thoughts are. Third, the higher the perceived social support is, the lower the career indecision is. Fourth, the perceived social support worked as a moderating variable between dysfunctional career thoughts and career indecision.
It is significant that when people effectively use their support system and highly perceive the received support, the social support can buffer dysfunctional career and decrease career indecision.
