      This research is to see what effect teachers' leadership type and students' creative personality on elementary school students' learning flow.
      The concrete research topics for this research are as follows.
      First of all, how does the students' perception of a teachers' type of leadership effect learning flow?
      Second, how does students' creative personality effect learning flow?
      Third, what effect does the combination of the two have on students' learning flow?
      The subject of the this research is 283 in sixth grade elementary school students from three different schools in Busan.
      Research tools like questionnaires is used. Only questions checked with validity and reliability were selected to measurement the learning flow; questions developed by Seok Im Bok and Kang Yi Cheol(2007). Halpin's Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire(LBDQ) included in the thesis of Jeong Mi Sun(2010) was modified and supplemented for the level of the elementary school students, to accurately a teachers' type of leadership. Creative personality developed by Im Hyun Soo(1998) included in the thesis of lee jin Hee(2011) was modified and supplemented for the level of the elementary school student, in order to measure the students' creative personality.
      The study results were analyzed by using the program SPSS 18.0. Pearson's correlation analysis was used to explain the relationship between learning flow, teachers' leadership type, and creative personality. In order to examine to what extent types of a a teacher's leadership and students' creative personality have on learning flow, multi regression analysis was conducted.
      The results of this study can be summarized as follows:
      Positive correlation was observed between learning flow and types of a teacher's leadership. It was shown that learning flow of elementary school students has a significant influence on all the sub-variables of types of a teacher's leadership.
      Also positive correlation was observed between learning flow and student's creative personality. The study showed that learning flow of elementary school students has a significant influence on all the sub-variables of creative personality.
      Finally positive correlation was found between learning flow, types of a teacher's leadership and student's creative personality. It demonstrate that learning flow of elementary school students has a significant effect on all the sub-variables of type of a teacher's leadership and students' creative personality.
      It is important to consider types of a teacher's leadership and to increase students' creative personality while teachers develop education plans.
