신체표현을 활용한 유아음악극 지도방안 연구 : 해금독주곡 「계명곡」중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 해금독주곡‘계명곡’중심의 신체표현을 활용한 유아음악극 지도 방안을 연구하였다.‘계명곡’에서 표현된 닭의 움직임을 바탕으로 유아국악교육의 틍합적 교육에 중점을 두고 음악극을 만들어 가는 다양한 활동과 체계적인 지도 순서를 통해 음악극의 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 또한 음악극이 지니고 있는 통합 예술적 특징에 맞춰 유아들의 수준에 맞는 단계별 음악극 지도방안을 제시함으로써 음악극에 대한 관심과 흥미를 유발시켜 줄 뿐만 아니라 긍정적인 사고와 성취감, 창의력 사고를 신장시키기 위한 지도방안 연구를 목적으로 하였다.첫째, 신체표현을 활용한 음악극 지도방안의 연구범위는 음악극의 소재를 해금독주곡‘계명곡’으로 한정하여 단계별 수업지도안을 제시하였으며, 연구 방법은 만 5세의 유아 38명을 대상으로 신체표현을 활용한 유아음악극 지도 방안을 연구하기 위해 기존에 출간되어진 문헌과 논문을 중심으로 고찰하였다.
둘째, 신체표현을 활용한 유아음악극 지도를 위해 해금의 악기탐색 및 소리 이해 단계, 동화를 활용한 음악흐름 이해단계, 의성어·의태어를 활용한 신체 표현하는 단계, 역할별 신체 표현 단계로 4단계로 설정하였으며, 4단계의 음악극 과정을 실제 수업에 활용될 수 있도록 신체표현을 활용한 유아음악극 지도방안의 교수-학습 지도안을 4차사로 체계화 하였다.
셋째, 신체표현을 활용한 음악극 지도를 하여 나타나는 교육적 효과를 판단하기 위해 실험집단을 대상으로 사전-사후 검사를 진행하였다. 활동 전 설문조사에서는 국악기인 해금을 87%가 모르고 있던 유아들이 수업을 마치고 100% 잘 알게 되었다고 응답하였고, 해금독주곡인‘계명곡’을 전혀 모르고 있던 유아들이 음악극 활동을 통해 ‘계명곡’에 대한 관심도과 흥미도에 92%가 긍정적인 대답을 하였다. 또한‘계명곡’을 활용한 유아음악극에 흥미를 느끼고 있다고 100%의 유아가 응답하였다.
따라서 본 연구를 종합해 보면 해금독주곡을 소재로 한 유아음악극을 경험해 봄으로써 창의력과 국악에 대한 관심도, 흥미도가 높아진 것을 볼 수 있었다.
이에 본 연구가 유아 교육현장에서 해금독주곡‘계명곡’을 활용한 음악극이 많은 활용이 되고 이를 토대로 더 나은 연구 성과물이 나왔으면 하는 바램을 가져본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine an early childhood teaching method for music drama by utilizing physical expression. A Haegeum solo titled 'Kyemyunggok' was selected, and it's meant to provide inclusive early childhood national classical music education by focusing on the movement of a chicken described in the selected music, to offer diverse sequential activities required for the production of a music drama and ultimately to improve the understanding of preschoolers about music drama. How to teach music drama step by step in accordance with the level of preschoolers and in consideration of the characteristics of music drama as a composite art was investigated to ignite the interest of preschoolers in music drama and further their positive thinking, sense of achievement and creative thinking.
After only a Haegeum solo titled 'Kyemyunggok' was selected as the material of music drama, a sequential lesson plan was mapped out by utilizing physical expression. Existing literature and articles were reviewed to prepare a teaching method geared toward 38 preschoolers aged five in Western age.
And then a four-stage teaching method was devised. The first stage was to make an inquiry into Haegeum and its sound, and the second stage was to understand the flow of music in fairy tales. The third was physical expression through onomatopoeic and mimetic words, and the fourth was physical expression for each role. And a lesson plan of four sessions was devised to provide early childhood music drama education in the four stages.
The selected experimental group took a pretest and a posttest to determine the educational effect of the music drama education through physical expression. When the pre-survey was conducted, 87 percent of the preschoolers didn't know about Haegeum, one of national classical music instruments, and every preschooler got to know about it after they received education. 92 percent of the preschoolers who hadn't known about a Haegeum solo 'Kyemyunggok' at all got interested in that music after they engaged in the music drama activities. Furthermore, every preschooler responded they got interested in early childhood music drama that used this music.
The findings of the study illustrated that the preschoolers improved in creativity and got interested in national classical music when they experienced the early childhood music drama that utilized the Haegeum solo.
This study is expected to stir up the spread of music drama using the Haegeum solo 'Kyemyunggok' in early childhood education, and to lay the foundation for future research on this field.
