유치원 교사의 『학교컨설팅』에 대한 인식 및 요구조사

The purpose of the study was to analyze the kindergarten teachers' perception and demands of 「school consulting」.The research problems were as follows.
1. How is the perception of kindergarten teachers about 『school consulting』(purpose, scope of contents, target, time, procedure and type, application standard and supporting expense, consultant, and method of reporting the results)?
2. What is the demands (scope of contents, participation time, bearing of expense, consultant, reporting the results, considerations and problems to be improved) of kindergarten teachers for 『school consulting』 ?
The respondents were 244 teachers sampled from 36 kindergartens in Busan. The data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics by the SPSS 15.0 program.
The research results were as follows.
First, the perception of teachers about the propriety of 「school consulting」tended to be generally positive.
Second, the demands of kindergarten teachers about 「school consulting」showed generally high hope of participation in all scope of contents, and 1 time application and 1 time fulfillment was requested about participation time, and office of education was requested to paid all expenses. Experienced teacher for lesson consulting and guidance consulting, and school inspector for curriculum consulting, director for school management consulting was requested as consultants, and online program was hoped to be applied for reporting the results of consulting. And contents of consulting were importantly considered for decision of participation in consulting. And effective management for consulting is needed for reducing the teachers' loads.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

「학교컨설팅」은 교수․학습의 효율성을 높이고 교사의 질을 확보하기 위한 교육 개혁의 새로운 접근 방법으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2011년 전체유치원을 대상으로 시행하게 된 「학교컨설팅」에 대한 유치원 교사들의 인식 및 요구를 조사 분석하고, 이를 토대로 앞으로의 유치원 교사들을 대상으로 하는 「학교컨설팅」의 효과적인 운영방안을 모색하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다.
연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 연구 문제는 첫째, 유치원 교사들이「학교컨설팅」의 목적, 내용영역, 대상, 시기, 절차 및 유형, 신청기준 및 지원비용, 컨설턴트, 결과보고 방법의 적절성에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 알아보고 둘째, 「학교컨설팅」에 대해 어떠한 내용을 컨설팅 받고 싶은지, 언제 이루지기를 원하는지, 비용은 어떻게 부담하였으면 하는지, 어떠한 컨설턴트에게 받고 싶은지, 등의 다양한 요구를 알아보는 것이었다.
본 연구는 부산지역 5개 교육청 소속 36개 국공립․사립유치원에 근무하고 있는 교사를 대상으로 설문지를 제작․배부하여 국공립 유치원 24부, 사립 유치원 220부의 총 244부를 회수하여 본 연구의 최종분석 자료로 사용하였다. 자료의 처리는 코딩 과정을 거친 후 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일괄 전산통계 처리하였고 표본대상으로 선정된 유치원 교사들의 일반적 특성, 「학교컨설팅」에 대한 유치원 교사의 인식 및 요구의 전반적 응답경향을 알아보기 위해 빈도 및 백분율과 같은 기술 통계치를 산출하였다.
