심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 희망을 매개변인으로 = (The) Effect of Psychological Career Barriers and Environmental Career Barriers on Career Preparation Behavior : Hope as a Mediating Variable

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다.
이를 위해 서울과 경기도 소재의 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 371명을 대상으로 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽검사, 희망 척도, 진로준비행동 검사를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 각 변인들 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽은 각각 희망과 진로준비행동과 유의한 부적상관을 보였다. 반면에 희망은 진로준비행동과 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 둘째, 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 직접적 영향을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽은 각각 진로준비행동에 유의한 부적 영향력을 보였다. 셋째, 구조방정식을 사용하여 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 희망의 매개모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과 심리적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 희망은 부분매개 모형이, 환경적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 희망은 완전매개 모형이 적합한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽이 진로준비행동을 방해할 때 희망이 매개역할을 하여 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 향후 연구 방향을 기술하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of study was to test the mediating effect of hope in the between career preparation behavior and each of psychological career barriers and environmental career barriers. The meditating effects were tested among 371 Korean undergraduates in Seoul and Gyeonggi, using Questionnaires regarding psychological career barriers scale, environmental career barriers scale, hope scale, and career preparation behavior scale. The summary of the results are as follows.
First, by analyzing the correlations among variables, psychological career barriers and environmental career barriers show a negative relationship with career preparation behavior. On the other hand, hope shows a positive relationship with career preparation behavior. Second, by analyzing the regression to know direct influence among variables, psychological career barriers and environmental career barriers show a negative influence with career preparation behavior. Third, the mediating effects were tested using structural equation modeling(SEM). As s result, regarding the relationship between psychological career barriers and career preparation behavior, partial variable model is suitable for hope, between environmental career barriers and career preparation behavior, complete variable model is suitable for hope.
Finally, based on the finding results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed
