중.고등학교 씨름지도자의 변혁적 리더십에 따른 신뢰와 선수만족의 관계 = The relation on how Middle and High Shool Ssirum Coaches' Reformative Leadership affects Mutual Trust and Player Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study selected 189 ssirum players from Jeon Ra nam·buk Do, Chung Cheong nam·buk Do, Gang Won Do to show how middle and high school ssirum coaches' transformational leadership and mutual trust affect player satisfaction. The conclusion is as follows.

First, according to the statistical results on the population of ssirum players, there proved to be partially notable differences in transformational leadership. The charisma level of the leader differs among age groups: 1) 20 years old or older, 2) 18 to 19 years old, and 3) 17 years old.

Second, according to the statistical results on the population of ssirum players, there proved to be partially notable differences in the mutual trust level. Thus, age and devotion is the difference, 1) 17 years old, and 2) 20 years old or older. And athletic career is the difference the truthfulness, 1) one year elder, and 2) 7 years career.

Third, according to the statistical results on the population of ssirum players, there proved to be partially notable differences in player satisfaction. Thus, age and scholastic achievement is difference the satisfaction with circumstances, 1) the difference is social recognition and once and none. But athletic career is not difference of the leader coaching term.

Fourth, there proved to be notable differences in the relationship between the ssirum coaches' transformational leadership and mutual trust level: particularly, charisma, inspiration, and individual care. As there are the positive(+) factors, the more charisma, inspiration, and individual care the leader show, the higher the mutual trust level reaches.

Fifth, there proved to be notable differences in the relationship between the ssirum coaches' transformational leadership and player satisfaction level: inspiration is a positive factor, and charisma along with intellectual stimulation negative factor.
