First, it is necessary to prepare a new instruction plan of career education according to gender in elementary school. It is considered that the development and application of more systematic and effective career guidance program that can keep consolidating the career maturity according to gender difference from the early stage of middle school is necessary. Especially considering the fact that the female students have less anxiety, choice, preparation and effort on their own career along with the decision making ability related to this compared to the male students, it is considered that a more specialized career counseling program that can help them keep on inspiring their career maturity process on their own would have to be provided.

Therefore, it is considered that the teachers need to develop and apply more systematic and effective career guidance program that can keep on guiding the students by connecting career maturity from lower grade to higher grade in the school education scenes.
Third, the career maturity of middle school students show a quite a bit of significant difference between upper/middle group and lower group by family living standard. Therefore, it is determined that a proper guidance plan related to career maturity and development on the students who are not able to acquire and experience desirable career maturity process due to difficulty of family environment on the level of school would have to be prepared. In other words, more diverse experience and information on career would have to be given to the students with family difficulties.
Fourth, the importance of family's role was found in the career education and the career education program which is helpful for children would have to be prepared through counseling between home room teachers and parents.
Fifth, a lot of training opportunities in career education would have to be provided to the parents and teachers. More valuable and systematic career education would have to take place through career training.
