      Our society has currently changed quickly in which people have lots of complicated relationships each other. And this changeable society requires more innovative learning methods when compared with the past where students used to study with a teacher-centered learning style. At this point, it is necessary for learners to be taught within the more active environment to accomplish a self-studying ability.
      Since the Ubiquitous computing system came out, using wireless internet has been available to share a lot of information at anytime and anywhere. This change influences on inventing various functions of a mobile phone and as a range of age using mobiles are increasing, some of particular strategies which are used to educate people are studied more and more.
      Especially as smart phones provide us with the use of personal computers(PC), people are able to do their jobs just with a smart phone instead of depending on devices such as laptop or desktop computers. The smart phone has various functions which make people be available to send e-mail, text-files, video clips or photos, and also to use the internet, banking system, navigation, and mobile games. In addition, users can develop application programs by themselves that are possibly downloaded in one's phone.
      According to the educational field, these portable phones encouraged to be used as a tool for studying because of its convenience, without any restrictions of time and space. Therefore, there have been developed a lot of learning methods utilizing the smart phone.
      It is emphasized that how autonomously and creatively the educational curriculum are being operated to accomplish the goal of education at school.
      The goal of the curriculum has changed the point that has begun to focus on learner-centered learning style. And the dramatic play, one of the newly learning method, has been recommended currently.
      This paper is purposed to present a learning program based on the dramatic play in Education using a smart phone at school.
      It's targeted for the elementary school students through the both on-line and off-line classes and the program would play a important role when it is taught with those various learning method.
      Moreover, Open- mind, Main activities, and Consolidation, which are stages of the dramatic play program, are totally adopted at any places, and definitely in the classroom, too.
      The smart phone having many innovative functions like a computer is able to be used as a new learning tool. Thanks to that, students can get more confidence, attitude, motivation, interest, and participation whenever they start to learn something. The more functions of a smart phone are developing, the better the environment of learning through the phone are getting, by adopting this 4th generation mobile telecommunication.
