The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural characteristics of information sharing and resource exchange of social enterprises network, which are creating high economical achievements, the types of network governance, and the role of government in collaborative network. The summery of the results of the study is like the following.
Established as a for-profit organization after the implementation of the social enterprises policy, the structural characteristics of the network of box manufacturer Mezzanine I-Pack, were high in centrality and low in both cohesion and dynamic. However, the multiplicity of network was analyzed to be high. Its type of network is the management organization governance type, showing the pattern of the central government and Merry Year Foundation managing Mezzanine I-Pack as the management organization. It shares information and exchanges resources with the central government through vertical collaborative relationship, and it was found that it did not yet have any special collaborative relationship with the local government. Mezzanine I-Pack also has the vertical collaborative relationship with the supporting organization, and it was analyzed that it formed a loose collaborative network with the organizations of Social Enterprise Association in northern GyeonggiProvinceandPajuCity.

Its network type was analyzed to be the leading organization governance type. It had horizontal collaborative relationship with the central government by sharing information and exchanging resources, and it had relationship by contract with the local government. It was analyzed that Working Together Corp shared information and exchanged resources with the supporting organizations through the horizontal collaborative relationship and formed a strong collaborative network with the non-profit organizations centered on local self-sufficiency centers.
Established as a non-profit organization before the implementation of the social enterprise policy, the structural characteristics of the network of Aga Shindaebang, which manufactured life commodities (goods), were high in centrality and average in cohesion, dynamic, and multiplicity. Its network type was analyzed to be the leading organization governance type. It did not have any special relationship with the central government, and it formed horizontal collaborative relationship with the local government by sharing information and exchanging resources. It was analyzed that the organization did not have any special collaborative relationship with the supporting organizations and formed a strong collaborative network with the non-profit organizations, which are local organizations of Dongjak-gu.
Established as a non-profit organization before the implementation of the social enterprise policy, the structural characteristics of the network of Wonju Health and Social care Cooperative, which provided medical services (health and welfare combined), were high not only in centrality, but also in all of cohesion, dynamic, and multiplicity. Its network type was analyzed to be the participating organization governance type. It formed horizontal collaborative relationship with the central and local government by sharing information and exchanging resources, and it also formed horizontal collaborative relationship with the supporting organizations. It was analyzed that Wonju Health and Social care Cooperative formed a strong collaborative network with the organizations that
constitute the Wonju Collaborative Social and Economical Network.
The rise of network indicates that one more new alternative is added to solve public problems, which the government can consider. During the process of selecting an alternative to solve the public, the government could consider a plan that adequately combines and utilizes network along with hierarchy and market problems. According to this change, the government's primary role would be to forwardly research and execute the collaborative governance, which
is the new solving plan that could more efficiently solve social problems by adequately combining three social adjustment forms after considering the characteristics of diverse social problems. The Korean government must pay more attention in performing the role that is required in the collaborative governance.
