피부미용사 국가기술자격 시험 제도 중 수습기간 적용에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국가기술자격증의 본 목적이 ‘개인의 직업능력을 객관적으로 증명해 주는 도구로서 역할과 사회제도권의 보호를 받을 수 있는 증명서 역할’ 을 담당하고 있으며, 자격증을 통해 자신의 능력을 인정받을 수 있는 수단이 될 것이라는 개인적․사회적 기대가 크다는 면을 주목해 볼 때, 2008년 10월부터 새롭게 분리된 피부미용사 국가기술자격 검정시험을 통해 자격증을 취득한 이후 취업하였을 때 현실적으로 현장실무에 100% 활용될 수 있어야 함은 당연한 것이며, 그것을 바탕으로 피부미용 전문인으로서 확고한 직업의식과 미래지향적인 피부미용 전문분야가 될 수 있는 초석이 되어주어야 한다.
그러나 현실적으로 본 연구자가 살펴본 결과에 따르면 자격증제도에 맞춰진 피부미용사 국가기술자격검정시험이 자격증 취득 후 현장 업무능력으로 100% 활용에 있어 제대로 발휘 할 수 없음으로 인해 실기수업이 재교육되어지는 상황이 다반사이며, 현장에 맞는 실무교육을 추가적으로 원하고 있는 상황인 점을 고려하여, 본 연구에서는 현행 피부미용사 국가기술자격 실기검정에 대해 추가적으로 의무교육을 적정기간 즉, 실기시험 합격 후 ~ 자격증 발급 전으로 일정기간 동안 실시하여 실무교육을 완벽히 이수하고 검증 된 후에 자격증을 발급하고 바로 이어 취업과 동시에 재교육이 필요 없는 매끄러운 현장업무가 진행될 수 있도록 이를 제도화 하는데 본 연구자는 제안을 해 보는 바이다.
그리하여 피부미용사 국가기술자격 검정시험의 시행으로 피부미용인들이 전문분야로서 확고한 자리매김을 할 수 있는 수단이 되어주길 바라며, 더 나아가 국내 피부미용 인력을 세계적인 수준으로 맞추어 갈 수 있는 효율적인 도구가 되기를 바란다.
