재가여성장애인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 = Study on Influence Factors for the Quality of Life of the Women with Disabilities in the Community

국문 초록 (Abstract)

여성장애인은 비장애인에 비해서도 그렇고 남성장애인에 비해서도 이중적인 차별과 편견을 겪어오고 있는 것이 사실이다. 또한 여성장애인은 임신 ․ 출산 ․ 육아와 함께 경제적 활동에서도 제약이나 고충이 많으며 여성장애인의 삶의 질이 과연 어떠한지를 탐색해 보는 것은 매우 중요하고 필요하다.
본 연구는 여성장애인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 무엇인지를 알아보는 것이다. 특히 여성장애인이 일상생활에서 느끼고 있는 삶의 질 수준이 어느 정도이며, 개인적 요인, 환경적 요인들에 따라 삶의 차이가 있는지를 알아보고, 이러한 요인들이 장애인의 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 확인하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.
이를 위해 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인으로
가설1 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질에 가족소득 등 경제적인 요인이 영향을 미칠 것이다.
가설2 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질에 장애유형의 요인이 영향을 미칠 것이다.
가설3 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질에 가족 및 친척의 요인이 영향을 미칠 것이다.
가설4 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질에 거주지역적인 요인이 영향을 미칠 것이다.
라는 연구문제를 설정하였다.
분석에 사용된 종속변수는 조사대상자인 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질이며 독립변수는 연령, 거주지, 결혼상태, 종교, 가족소득, 학력 장애유형 장애등급의 하위요인으로 나누었다.
본 연구에서는 연구문제를 확인하기 위해 조사 연구방법을 활용하였으며 충청남도 천안시․아산시에 소재하고 있는 장애인복지관, 충남여성장애인연대, 그리고 각 지역사회 종합복지관 및 복지기관의 이용자, 재가여성장애인 관련 협회 회원을 모집단으로 하여 총 136명을 대상으로 조사연구를 실시하였다. 조사기간은 2010년 7월 19일부터 2010년 8월 14일까지이며, 실제 분석에 사용된 설문지는 120부이다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위해 SPSS for Windows 12.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, t-test, 분산분석을 수행하였다.
주요결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질은 100점 만점에서 98.88점으로 나타났다. 하위영역별로 살펴보면 생활환경에서 삶의 질이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 가족 및 친척관계에 대해 삶의 질이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, t-test, 분산분석 결과 가족 월 평균소득에 따라 삶의 질의 수준에서 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 가족의 월평균소득이 200만원 이상 300만원 미만인 경우가 가장 높았으며 가족의 소득이 높을수록 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 거주기간이 늘어남에 따라 삶의 질 평균 만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 결과를 통해 가족의 월 평균소득, 거주지의 거주 기간정도에 따라 재가여성장애인의 삶의 질이 차이가 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 가족의 월 평균소득, 즉 재가여성장애인의 경제적 상황이 가장 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It is true that women with disabilities have suffered from double dose of discrimination and prejudice compared to the general public or disabled men. Disabled women face a lot of difficulties and barriers in their pregnancy, childbirth, child care or economic activities so it is very important and necessary to explore their quality of life.
This study is to reveal the influence factor on the disabled women's life quality. Particularly, this study has the purpose to examine what the level of life quality is the disabled women feel in their daily life, if there's any difference of quality according to individual or environmental factors, and how the factors work.
For this, I established the subject matter of this study 'Family income or economic factors will affect in quality of life of the women with disabilities on the community.', 'The types of disability factors will affect in quality of life of the women with disabilities on the community.', 'The family or relatives factors will affect in quality of life of the women with disabilities on the community.', 'Regional factors will affect in quality of life of the women with disabilities on the community.'
Analysis classify used dependent variable is the quality of life the community of the women with disabilities and life environment areas, family and relative relations areas, friend and personal relationships areas, physical and mental health areas and awareness and economic activities in the subordinate areas.
Research methods were used for confirmation and in this study and rehabilitation centers, women with disabilities, Chungnam National Solidarity Cheonan city, Asan city, Chungcheongnam-do in community and as the population Social Welfare Center in each community, Users of welfare agency, Association members for women with disabilities in the community and survey a total of 136 patients. The term of the research is from July 19, 2010 to August 14, 2010, and the questionnaires used for the actual analysis are 120 papers. Frequency analysis, technical statistics, t-test, dispersion analysis, mutual relation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried on the data using SPSS for Windows 12.0 statistical program.
Main results are as follows:
First, it showed that the score of the disabled women's life quality is 98.99 out of 100, the full mark. Examining the score according to subordinate areas, the score in the area of life environment was the lowest, 9.23, and the score in the area of family and relative relations was the highest, 12.12.
Second, as the result of t-test and dispersion analysis, there is the difference of the level of life in accordance with the existence or nonexistence of their family's income. Examining specifically, The quality is the highest in the case of the income of family over 2 million Won(Korean currency) under 3 million Won. It appeared that the higher the income of family is, the higher the quality of life of the community of the women with disabilities and the increased length of stay average life satisfaction tended to decrease with the quality.
With these results, The average monthly family income, residence, length of stay depending on the degree of the community quality of life of women with disabilities found that there are differences. Especially, the income of family, in other words, the economic situation of the community of the women with disabilities was the most important factor.
