    The modern society is knowledge-information based era that new knowledge and information is created and processed continually. Thus, It is becoming important to cope with changes actively, deal with knowledge and information efficiently and the applicable ability. In addition, the advent of 'Big Science' since the Second World War so, the human resources of various field make a team, is cooperated and is complemented with each other and the ability to solve the problems creatively have resurfaced importantly.
    In this study accordingly take noted Team-Based Learning that improve decision making, coordination and problem-solving through shapely team activity. In addition, When a program that founded on Team-Based Learning applied to gifted students, investigated the improved effects of creative problem solving. Developed programs consisted of total 10 times and were conducted the lesson for 13student(male 3, female 10) of 4, 5th grade gifted students class in S elementary school, S borough.
    As a checking tool for understanding the extent of creative problem solving change of gifted students to investigate the improved effects of creative problem solving were selected as the checking tool of creative problem-solving(2004) developed in MI research team of Psychology Research Laboratory at Seoul National University on the basis of 'checking development research of the simple creative problem solving(Ⅰ)'(2001) published by the Korea Educational Development Institute. It was analyzed prior and after effects of a single group.
    The applied results of program based on Team-Based Learning, the creative problem solving (total) showed significantly improvements in significance level of 5% and in all areas 0.001. For examining each areas, knowledge∙ thinking skills∙ technical understanding and area whether proficiency or not in certain areas were significant to 0.008 in significance level of 5%. Also, Team-Based Learning in understanding of knowledge related to solve-problem directly appeared the effective results. The spreading thinking area was significant to 0.003 in significance level of 5%. The critical · logical thinking areas was significant to 0.003 in significance level of 5%. The motivative factor areas was significant to 0.003 in significance level of 5%.
    The programs based on Team-Based Learning developed in this study is effective for enhance creative problem solving of gifted students and showed significant results particularly in the knowledge areas.
    Therefore, this is expected that in the classroom to require creative problem solving or the acquisition of knowledge of gifted students or general students will be used the program based on Team-Based Learning widely.
