The purpose of the current study was to investigate the influence of parents involvement on relationship among Taekwondo service quality, consumer satisfaction, and continuous participating intention. Moreover, it was to investigate which dimension of service quality would influence on parents involvement and consumer satisfaction. Data were collected from parents whose child or children were participating Taekwondo in Seoul and Kyunggi-do via personal interviews and using a convenience sampling method. A total of 400 copies of survey questionnaires were distributed and collected on-site. Among 400 returned surveys, 340 were successfully completed and therefore included in the data analysis. Sixty returned survey questionnaires were discarded due to the insincerity or duplication. Results were as follows.
First, among Taekwondo service quality dimensions, facility and master dimensions positively influenced parents involvement.
Second, among Taekwondo service quality dimensions, location, facility, and master dimensions positively influenced customer satisfaction.
Third, parents involvement negatively influenced customer satisfaction.
Fourth, customer satisfaction did not influence continuous participating intention,
