중·고등학생들이 지각한 체육교수행동과 내적동기, 수업만족 간의 관계 = The Relationship Between Teacher's teaching Behavior, the Intrinsic Motivation and Class Satisfaction in School Physical Education Class

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중․고등학생들이 지각한 체육교수행동과 내적동기, 수업만족의 성별, 학교급별에 따른 차이를 규명하고 체육교수행동, 내적동기, 수업만족의 관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 중․고등학교에 재학중인 학생을 모집단으로 하였으며 총 571명을 본 연구의 최종분석 대상으로 하였다. 중․고등학생들이 지각한 체육교수행동, 내적동기, 수업만족을 측정하기 위해 세 질문지를 적합하게 구성하였으며, 각 질문지의 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도를 분석한 결과 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 중․고등학생들이 지각한 체육교수행동, 내적동기, 수업만족의 성별(남, 녀)과 학교급별(중학교, 고등학교)에 따른 차이를 규명하고자 다변량분석과 일원변량분석을 시행한 결과 체육교수행동, 내적동기, 수업만족에서 성별, 학교급별에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 나아가 선행연구와 이론적 근거를 토대로 체육교수행동, 내적동기, 수업만족 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 중다회귀분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 중․고등학생들이 지각한 체육교수행동은 내적동기에 유의한 영향력을 보였고, 체육교수행동은 수업만족에 유의한 영향력을 보였다. 또한 내적동기는 수업만족에 유의한 영향력을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 체육교수행동, 내적동기, 수업만족에 대한 선행연구와 이론을 바탕으로 논의 하였으며, 미래 연구방향을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the discrimination of perceived PE-teaching Behavior and Intrinsic Motivation, and Class Satisfaction according to gender and school level in middle and high school student and to analysis the relationship between PE-teaching Behavior, Intrinsic Motivation and Class Satisfaction. three questionnaires relevantly set up to measure PE-teaching Behavior, Intrinsic motivation and Class Satisfaction, the results of Exploratory factor analysis and Reliability analysis were significant. A total of 571 students from middle-high schools in the Metropolitan area selected to investigate this study. MANOVA(Multivariate Analysis of Variance) and ANOVA (one-way analysis of variance) were conducted in order to examine discrimination of the variables according to gender and school level in middle and high school student. the results represented significant difference in age and school level. and then multiple regression analysis was administered to analysis the relationship between each variables. the result reported that perceived PE-teaching Behavior significantly have an effect on Intrinsic Motivation and Class Satisfaction and that Intrinsic Motivation also affect Class Satisfaction. the result was discussed based on pre-studies and theories on PE-teaching Behavior and Intrinsic Motivation, and Class Satisfaction.
