This study was executed by using simple random sampling method on
male and female athletes of high school group, university group, and
general group participating in nationwide cycle tournament hosted by Korea
Cycling Federation in 2010. A total of 300 surveys was distributed to
achieve analysis on response data of 270 surveys, excluding data judged as
insincere. SPSS program was used as data processing method to execute
t-test, one way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression
analysis. The following research results were drawn.
First, it was presented that females evaluated self-perception ability of
emotional leadership, coach satisfaction of player satisfaction, and team
performance higher than males. Teenagers evaluated coach satisfaction
higher than respondents in the 20s while high school group presented the
highest evaluation. Furthermore, groups below 3 hours and above 5 hours
evaluated project satisfaction higher than 4 hour-group, group under 3
hours evaluated coach satisfaction higher than other groups, while group in
20s evaluated team performance higher than other groups.
Second, relationship management ability of emotional leadership was
presented to provide positive effect on project satisfaction, self-perception
ability and social perception ability were presented to provide positive
effect on interaction satisfaction, and self-perception ability was presented
to provide positive effect on coach satisfaction. Third, project satisfaction
of player satisfaction was presented to provide positive effect on team
performance.
