유아교육기관 선택요인 및 만족도에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed whether the difference is made in satisfaction and demand when parents whose children go to the infant school-national or public kindergaten. private day care center-choose the infant school for their children. and surveyed what kind of infant school parents prefer with the factors to make a difference.
The study aims to make those who run the infant school have right cognizance of demand of parents and to help the well-rounded growth and development of the children and to present a right guide post and ultimately to make the infant school offer superior education in quality.
For this aim. Two subjects for study were set up.
Such studying issues have been set up for this purpose.
1. What is the difference of the level of importance to infant educational instition from parents in accordance with the institutional type ( Kindergarten, Daycare Center ) ?
2. What is the difference of the level of satisfaction to infant educational instition from parents in accordance with the institutional type ( Kindergarten , Daycare center) ?
We carried out the study , targeting at 300 parents at 2 private kindergartens and private daycare centers located on Gyunggido province . The studying materials for checking the criteria of selecting the infant educational institutions , and satisfaction-level have been used by the modified , revised questionaires based on the preceding study, and literature.
The survey consists of 55 questions, and the contents are made up of articles ; general backgrounds , selection factors, and satisfaction-level
The collected datas have been analyzed by frequency , percentage , average , standard deviation , and verification
We could summarize the studying result as follows ;
First , Parents of both Kindergarten and Daycare center have recognized
the every suggested fields as important when selecting the infant educational instution.
Parents of kindergarten are seemed to think of parental education against special activities as important , Ones of daycare center have done special activities against parental education critical , while both of institutions have thought highly of health safety management , physical environment , human surroundings, educational curriculum, general management in order.
Secondly , Both Parents of Kindergarten and Daycare center have been seemed to be generally satisfied with every suggested fields concerning the infant educational institutions. Kindergarten parents have been satisfied with the human environment , educational curriculum, physical environment , health safety management , general management , special activities , parental education in order concerning the kindergarten.
And Daycare center parents have done with the educational curriculum, human environment , health safety management, physical surroundings, special activities , parental education in array.
However, there hasn't been any minute difference in line with institutional type from the total view of categorized sphere as to the satisfaction-level

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교육기관(유치원, 어린이집)의 학부모가 유아교육기관을 선택할 때의 만족도와 요구의 차이가 있는가를 분석하고 이들 요인에 대한 학부모의 유아교육기관의 선호의식을 조사하여 유아교육기관의 운영자들로 하여금 학부모의 요구를 올바르게 인식하고 유아의 전인적 성장, 발달을 도우며 바른 지표를 제시하여, 질적으로 우수한 교육을 제공하는 유아교육기관이 이와 같은 목적을 위해 다음과 같은 연구문제가 설정되었다.
1. 학부모의 유아교육기관에 대한 중요도는 기관유형(유치원, 어린이집)에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는가?
2. 학부모의 유아교육기관에 대한 만족도는 기관유형(유치원, 어린이집)에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는가?
본 연구의 대상은 경기도에 위치한 2개소의 사립유치원과 2개소의 사립어린이집 학부모 300명을 대상으로 실시하였고, 유아교육기관 선택기준 및 만족도에 관한 연구를 위한 연구도구는 선행연구 및 문헌을 근거로 한 질문지를 수정ㆍ보완하여 사용하였다. 질문지는 55문항으로 구성되어 있고, 구성내용은 일반적인 배경, 선택요인, 만족도에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t검증을 통해 분석하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 유아교육기관 선택에 대하여 유치원과 어린이집학부모는 유아교육기관을 선택할 때 제시된 거의 모든 영역에 대해 대체적으로 중요하다고 인식하였다. 두 기관 모두 건강안전관리, 물리적 환경, 인적환경, 교육과정, 일반적 운영의 순으로 중요하게 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타난 가운데, 유치원 학부모의 경우에는 특별활동 대비 부모교육을, 어린이집 학부모의 경우에는 부모교육 대비 특별활동을 중요하게 생각하고 있는 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 유아교육기관에 대한 만족도에 대하여 유치원과 어린이집학부모는 유아교육기관에 대해 제시된 거의 모든 영역에서 대체적으로 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 유치원 학부모는 유치원에 대하여 인적환경, 교육과정, 물리적 환경, 건강안전관리, 일반적 운영, 특별활동, 부모교육 순으로 만족하였고, 어린이집 학부모는 어린이집에 대하여 교육과정, 인적환경, 건강안전관리, 물리적 환경, 특별활동, 일반적 운영, 부모교육 순으로 만족하게 생각하였다. 하지만 만족도에 관하여서 전체적으로 영역별 분류항목을 보았을 때 기관유형에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보이는 영역은 없었다.
