In this study, the beauty experts were composed of 262 person related hair, skin, make-up and nail art, which is central sector of beauty industry. They were collected qualitative and quantitative data of the problems of certificates related hair, skin, make-up and nail art, and analyzed them deeply.
To do it, the beauty experts composed of 262 persons were collected from professor, teacher, lecturer, the principal and a practical person possessed experience of over 10 years. They were divided the problems into three sectors, which is educational course, educational organization and acquisition and system of certificates. Furthermore, the beauty experts were analyzed qualitative and quantitative data related them deeply.
The quantitative data analyzed by SPSS Win version 15.0 program using frequency analysis about questionnaire of educational course, educational organization and acquisition and system of certificates, and χ2(Chi-square) used to explain difference of frequency on type of certificate (a state certificate/a personal certificate).
Otherwise, the qualitative data analyzed by inductive content analysis usingopening questionnaire and the content analysis conducted by expert conference.
The results were following to:
Firstly, in the problems on educational course of beauty certificate, systems of educational course and suitability of allocated time on theoretical subject showed conservative response by answer as "middle", and then practical subject, allocation of educational time and efficacy of certificate acquisition showed both positive and negative responses by answer as "middle" and "property". The educational field application and suitability of educational expenses showed negative responses by answer as "useless" and "unfitness".
Secondly, in the problems on educational course of beauty certificate, only educational facilities were response by answer as "middle" but "specialty of educator", "social trust of certificate", "operational system of educational organization" and "management of member after acquisition of certificate" exhibited negative responses highly by answer as "lack system" and "untrust".
The third, the problems on acquisition and system of beauty certificates showed conservative response by answer as "middle" but "the number of person obtained certificates during one year", "social treatment after the acquisition of certificates", "property of theoretical exam" and "property of practical exam" showed mostly negative responses by answer as "improperty" and "unreasonability". Also, "the dualistic problem on a state certificate and a personal certificate" showed overwhelmingly responses by answer as "current system had to modify partly".
The forth, in the results of crossing analysis on the problems of educational course in type of certificate, All of "systems of educational course", "field application of educational course", "suitability of allocated time on theoretical subject", "suitability of allocated time on practical subject", "efficacy of certificate acquisition" and "suitability of educational expenses" showed significance statistically.
The fifth, in the results of crossing analysis on the problems on educational organization in type of certificate, all of "specialty of educator", "educational facilities", "social trust of certificates", "operational system of educational organization" and "management of member after acquisition of certificate" exhibited significance statistically.
That is, "specialty of educator"and "social trust of certificates" on state certificate compared with personal certificate showed responses by answer as "specialty" and "trust", and then personal certificate showed higher than state certificate in educational facilities.
The response of personal certificate on "social trust of certificate" exhibited very negative response compared with state certificate by answer as "lack system" and "untrust".
The sixth, in crossing analysis of the problems on "acquisition and system of beauty certificates" in type of certificate, "property of educational organization", "social treatment after the acquisition of certificates" and "suitability of theoretical exam" showed significance statistically.
In other words, the response of ""unreasonability" of state certificate exhibited higher than personal certificate in property of educational organization", "social treatment after the acquisition of certificates".
The seventh, in results of inductive analysis of beauty certificates, field of problems on "educational course" was concluded raw data of total 839 items, which is composed of domain of 11 items and general domain of 4 items. Among the 839 items, "educational course of beauty"exhibited 39.6% and it was indicated as very important problems of educational course. Next, "the necessary expense to require certificate (33.2%)", "education of beauty expert (14.1%) and "reeducational program (13.1%)" exhibited successively.
The eighth, in results of inductive analysis of beauty certificates, field of problem on "educational organization"was concluded raw data of total 812 items, which is composed of domain of 11 items and general domain of 5 items. Among the 839 items, "trust of educational organization" exhibited 28.2% and it was indicated as very important problem of educational organization. Next, "trust of certificate (25.3%)", "program of educational operation (19.0%)", "specialty of educator (16.4%)" and "educational facilities (11.1%) exhibited orderly.
The ninth, in results of inductive analysis of beauty certificates, field of problem on "acquisition and system of certificate"was concluded raw data of total 1,021 items, which is composed of domain of 11 items and general domain of 5 items. Among the 1,021 items, "qualifying examination"exhibited 29.5% and it was indicated as very important problem of acquisition and system of certificate. Next, "subject of certificate and limit of the number of persons (24.0%)", "problem of certificate unit (20.4%)", "system of acquisition of certificate (17.2%)" and "subdivision of certificate grade (8.9%) exhibited successively.
The tenth, in the frequency of response and results of response ratio in field about the problem of educational course owing to type of certificate (a state certificate/a personal certificate), "course of beauty education", "expense to acquire acquisition of certificate", "reductional program" and "education of beauty expert" exhibited successively in state certificate. "expense to acquire acquisition of certificate", "course of beauty education", "education of beauty expert" and "reducational program" exhibited orderly in personal certificate. Conclusively, above results showed some difference in importance of problems of education course.
The eleventh, in the frequency of response and results of response ratio in field about the problem of educational course owing to type of certificate (a state certificate/a personal certificate), "trust of education organization", "operational program of education organization", "specialty of educator", "trust of certificate", and "educational facilities" exhibited successively in state certificate. "trust of certificate", "trust of education organization", "operational program of education organization", "specialty of educator" and "educational facilities" exhibited orderly in personal certificate. Conclusively, above results exhibited some difference in importance of problems of education organization.
The twelfth, in the frequency of response and results of response ratio in field about the problem of educational course owing to type of certificate (a state certificate/a personal certificate), "subject of certificate and limit of the number of persons", "qualifying examination", "system of acquisition of certificate" and "problem of certificate unit" showed importance orderly. "qualifying examination", "problem of certificate unit", "subject of certificate and limit of the number of persons", "system of acquisition of certificate" and "subdivision of certificate grade" exhibited orderly in personal certificate. The state certificate and personal certificate showed some difference in importance.
