남녀 실업 핸드볼 선수의 팀 공동체의식이 스포츠 정신력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내 남녀 핸드볼 실업팀 선수가 소속팀의 구성원으로서 갖는 팀 공동체의식의 차이를 검증하고, 선수의 스포츠 정신력에 공동체의식의 세부 요인이 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 한국 실업 핸드볼 팀의 실제적 상황에 맞게 공동체의식의 개념을 재구성하고, 영향력을 검증하며 넓은 의미에서 스포츠 팀 구성원들의 조직관계를 경험적으로 밝힐 수 있는 가능성을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 14개팀 실업 핸드볼 등록 선수 176명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 17.0 Version을 사용하여 통계처리 하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 사용된 통계기법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석이며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.

첫째, 국내 실업 핸드볼 선수의 팀 공동체의식은 성별에 따라 남성 선수에서 친밀감 및 소속감이 높으며, 연령에 따라서는 조화와 단합, 일체감 및 상호영향의식이 차이가 있다. 또 대학원 이상의 학력 집단이 팀 공동체의식 모든 요인에서 다른 집단보다 높다. 소속 팀에 따른 팀 공동체의식의 차이는 여성팀의 경우 벽산건설과 삼척시청이 대부분의 요인에서 우세한 반면 용인시청은 전반적으로 팀 공동체의식이 낮다. 남성팀은 소속 팀에 따라 팀 공동체의식의 차이가 없다. 또한 소속 기간에 따라서는 조화와 단합이 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있으며, 포지션에 따라서는 팀 공동체의식에 차이가 없다.

둘째, 국내 실업 핸드볼 선수의 스포츠 정신력은 성별에 따라 남성 선수가 자신감과 각성조절이 높고, 여성 선수가 태도조절이 높다. 학력에 따라서는 대학원 이상의 학력 집단이 자신감과 각성조절이 높은 반면 주의조절은 고졸의 학력 집단이 높다. 소속 팀에 따른 스포츠 정신력의 차이는 여성팀의 경우 벽산건설이 자신감, 주의조절, 태도조절이 다른 팀에 비해 높고, 남성팀은 코로사가 동기수준에서 스포츠 정신력이 높다. 연령과 소속기간, 포지션에 따라서는 스포츠 정신력에 집단 간 차이가 없다.

셋째, 국내 실업 핸드볼 선수의 스포츠 정신력 중 팀 공동체의식에 영향을 받는 요인은 유일하게 자신감이며, 특히 팀 공동체의식 중 조화와 단합, 일체감 및 상호영향의식 순으로 자신감에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 결론적으로 스포츠 정신력 중 자신감을 제외한 주의조절, 동기수준, 각성조절, 태도조절은 팀 공동체의식에 영향을 받지 않는다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the present research is to grasp the causal relationship between team's community awareness and sport mental power of domestic corporate male and female handball players. In order to achieve this research purpose, the present research carried out a questionnaire with the target of a total of 176 corporate male and female handball players at 14 domestic companies, and the surveyed result was analyzed by using a SPSS Statistics 17.0 program.
As an analysis technique, t-test and one-way ANOVA were carried out to analyze a difference between independent variable and dependent variable according to context variables, and when it was judged that there is a significant difference after execution of one-way ANOVA, its detailed difference was examined by performing Duncan's post-hoc. In addition, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out to analyze an influence of team's community awareness of domestic corporate male and female handball players on sport mental power.
As a result, the following conclusion was obtained.

First, in case of team's community awareness of domestic corporate male and female handball players, male players had high friendliness and belongingness according to gender, and there is a difference in harmony, union, a sense of unity and mutual influence awareness according to age. In addition, the group with academic background of more than graduation of a graduate school showed higher team's community awareness in all factors. In case of difference in team's community awareness according to an attached team, Byucksan Construction and Samcheok City Hall are dominant in most factors in case of a female team, but team's community awareness of Yongin City Hall is generally low. There is no difference in team's community awareness according to an attached team in case of a male team. In addition, there is a significant difference between groups in harmony and union according to an attached period, and there is no difference according to a position.

Second, in case of sport mental power of domestic corporate handball players, male players have high confidence and arousal modulation, and female players have high attitude control. In an aspect of academic background, the group with academic background of more than graduation of a graduate school has high confidence and arousal modulation, but the group with academic background of graduation of a high school has high attention control. In case of difference in sport mental power according to an attached team, Byucksan Construction has higher confidence, attention control and attitude control than other teams in case of a female team, and Korosa has high sport mental power in a motivation level in case of a male team. There is no difference in sport mental power according to age, attached period and position.

Third, the factor receiving influence from team's community awareness in sport mental power of domestic corporate handball players is solely confidence, and especially, it has influence on confidence in the order of harmony, union, a sense of unity and mutual influence awareness. In conclusion, attention control, motivation level, arousal modulation and attitude control don't receive influence by team's community awareness.
