음악치료사의 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

음악치료사는 음악치료 과정에서 다양한 문제나 장애를 가진 클라이언트를 만나게 되는데 이러한 업무 과정에서 크고 작은 스트레스에 직면할 수밖에 없다. 직무로 인한 스트레스를 지나치게 받게 되면 결국 소진으로 이어질 수 있다. 본 연구는 음악치료사를 대상으로 직무스트레스와 소진 정도를 파악하고 요인간의 관계를 알아보는 연구를 통하여 음악치료사의 근무환경 개선과 음악치료세션의 질을 높이는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 연구는 음악치료 임상 실습과 인턴십을 거쳐 석사 과정을 수료 혹은 졸업한 후 음악치료 서비스를 제공하고 있는 음악치료사 112명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 진행되었다.
연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 음악치료사의 일반적 변인에 따른 직무스트레스의 차이를 살펴본 결과 주 근무지, 근무형태, 근무시간, 월 평균수입, 전체적 직업만족도는 집단 간의 차이가 있었다. 반면 임상경력, 클라이언트에 따른 직무스트레스의 차이는 나타나지 않았다.
둘째, 음악치료사의 일반적 변인에 따른 소진의 차이를 살펴본 결과 임상경력, 주 근무지, 클라이언트는 음악치료사의 소진에 집단 간의 차이가 있었다. 반면, 근무형태, 근무시간, 평균 수입, 전체적 직업만족도에 따른 소진의 차이는 나타나지 않았다.
셋째, 음악치료사의 직무스트레스, 소진의 변인들 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 높은 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 상관성이 가장 높은 항목은 정서적 탈진과 근무환경으로서 상관계수가 61.8%로 높은 상관을 나타내었다. 즉, 근무환경에 대한 스트레스가 높으면 정서적 탈진에 대한 소진도 높다고 볼 수 있다.
마지막으로 음악치료사의 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향력은 약 41.5%이며 유의한 설명변인 중 가장 크게 소진에 영향을 미치는 변인은 대인관계요인이고, 다음으로는 근무환경, 전문성신장 요인 순으로 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The music therapists used to be faced with various stress caused by the work that the therapists have to meet the clients with various problems and obstacles. Excessive job stress has an effect on burnout. The purpose of this study is to provide the basic knowledges that are needed to develop the therapist's work environment and the quality of session by researching job stress, burnout and relationship among those facts.
This study was progressed by conducting a survey targeting the 112 subjects of a master's degree who are therapists providing the music therapy service now.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows.
First, the result of study about job stress differences according to the therapists's general variables is, there were job stress differences in facts of primary workplace, work patterns, working hours, monthly income, and job satisfaction. While, there were not job stress differences in facts of experience, clients between groups.
Second, the result of study about burnout differences according to the therapists's general variables is, there were burnout differences in facts of burnout age, experience, share locations, clients. While, There were not burnout differences in facts of work type, work hours, average income, job satisfaction between groups.
Third, the study said there is high positive correlation between therapists's job stress and variables of burnout. The factors of the highest correlation are emotional exhaustion and therapist's work environment, its correlation coefficient is approximately 61.8%. In other words, if the stress on the working environment is high, burnout on the emotional exhaustion is high, too.
Finally, influence caused by therapists’s job stress has an effect on burnout, its feature is approximately 41.5%, it's the most influential one of variables. Followed by the interpersonal relationship factor, work environment, professional development factor.
