M.O 이용현황 및 활성화 방안 : 보험 '모바일 보험 오피스' 사례 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 최근 스마트폰이 보급화가 확대되고 금융업을 포함한 여러분야에 모바일 오피스에 대한 의미가 재확산 활용되는 분위기속에서 보험업에서 모바일 오피스를 적용할 때, 모바일 보험 오피스로써 어떠한 의미가 있는지 어떻게 이용되고 있는지, 또한 어떤 모바일 보험 오피스 활성화 방안이 있는지 제시하며 그 의미에 대해서 종합 분석을 통해 이해를 돕고자 한다
무엇보다 모바일 보험 오피스가 최근의 경제상황과 현장업무에서 필요한 이유에 대해서 사례 및 설명을 통해 또 다른 체널로써 그 기대사항을 살펴봄으로 그 필요성을 현재뿐만 아니라 추후 미래에 모바일 보험 오피스의 중요성을 알고자 한다.
또한 모바일 보험 오피스의 핵심성공요인들에 무엇인지 살펴봄과 그 바탕을 토대로 보험업계에서 모바일 보험 오피스의 사용에 있어서 나아갈 기대사항과 활성화 방안을 제시하며 기존 모바일 오피스의 위협요소인 보안에 대한 인식도 제고 하는데 그 의미가 있다.

Under the recent circumstance that smart phone is widely distributed and the meaning of mobile office is diffused to use mobile office, this study is to investigate what mobile office means as mobile insurance office applied to insurance business and how it is used in insurance filed, and furthermore, to present what kinds of activation plan can be used for activation of mobile insurance office, and then to help understanding such investigation and presentation results by comprehensive analysis on the meaning of mobile insurance office.
This study has been performed to get informed of the importance and necessity of mobile insurance office not only for the present but also for the future by looking into mobile insurance office as another channel through case study and explanation on why mobile insurance office is needed in the recent economic situation and field work most of all.
This study is meaningful also in presentation of the expected path on which use of mobile insurance office will go in insurance field and how to activate mobile insurance office, by looking into the essential success factors of mobile insurance office and based on such factors, and in enhancing the cognition of security that is a risk factor of the existing mobile office.
