This study aims to mediating effects of trust on the relationships between self-Leadership, R&D organizational culture and organizational- performance.
Additionally, This study is to examine the impact of self-leadership(behavior focused strategies, natural reward strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies) and R&D organizational culture to organizational performance. To accomplish these purposes, the main factors of the self-leadership such as behavior focused strategies, natural reward strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies were found from the previous studies.
The questionaries of 1000 were distributed to the employees working at R&D Gumi Industrial Complex. The questionaries of 750 were obtained and 668 were analyzed through frequencies, correlation analysis and multiple regression.
The results of this study are as followings; First, self-leadership and R&D organizational culture had a significant positive effects on the organizational performance except constructive thought pattern strategies in organizational commitment of organizational performance.
It is indicated a need for action in organization's self-leadership.
And It is also shown reliable criterion to effective organizational management.
Second, the mediating effects of trust had a significant effects on all relationships.
The means that attaining trust contributes to the member's attitude and organization performance so that the supervisor should make efforts to maintain and enhance trust in organization.
