THI를 이용한 의료 기사의 건강수준 평가 = Assessment of Health status by Todai Health Index of Medical technologist in Inchon

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study intends to perform investigation and analysis about Medical technician's health through THI(Todai Health Index) and compare Medical technician's general characteristics with health related action. Todai Health Index(THI) has been employed as a standard health assessment tool for a specific group. The subjects in this study were 228 medical technician who were working in six hospital in Inchon. We were complete enumeration. A survey was conducted directly in April and may, 2007. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA testing SAS(Ver9.1) program.
The result were as follow :
1. The highest ranked one at the health trouble about 12 items of body and mental symptom is multiple subject symptom(I). And as other ranked, there are respiratory(A), eye and skin(B), digestive(C), impulsiveness(H) in the order.
2. In the general peculiarity, By Gender, both male and female medical technologists complained about multiple subject symptom(I) the most. And the woman made more signification complaint than male.
3. Concerning marital status, the unmarried people complained about many item more, and the married people's symptom was more associated with Aggressiveness(F) and impulsiveness(H).
4. By occupation, physical therapist complained about many item more, and clinical pathologist was more associated with digestive(C), mouth and anus scale(D).
5. In the general peculiarity, it was appeared that as they worked from10 to 15years, job was more difficult and job-satisfaction was lower, the appeal to a health problem was high.
5. Regarding the appeal to health problem caused from average sleeping time and exercise and breakfast and health assistance food.
