지적측량기준점 효율적 관리 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Efficient Management of Cadastral Survey Control Points

A cadastral survey datum point is a very important national facility, a foundation of personal land border and a guide post to divide each country's territory.
In the land reform according to urbanization and the land register reexamination project, revision and management of a datum point would be a big section in the future outcome of a cadastral survey.
So, in this paper, I'll grasp the problems of the present cadastral survey datum point and suggest some solutions to make it more efficient.
First, the system that neighboring datum point can be reported immediately on the ground of exact investigation not a formal and incorrect investigation.
second, installation of datum point guide map to promote citizens' low awareness and acknowledgement about datum point.
Third, application of integrated datum point that has been used since 2008 as the datum point of a cadastral survey. For that, the datum point of a cadastral survey should be renovated and revised in accordance with the world geodetic survey.
Fourth, development of electronic datum point using RFID. With that, we could confirm and manage the datum point in the office by checking the radio-telegraphed information.
With these solutions, I expect efficient control of datum point of cadastral survey and contribution to national property rights and reexamination project of land register.
