부모에 대한 애착과 자기 효능감이 대학생의 진로결정 수준과 진로준비행동 수준에 미치는 영향 = The influences of attachment to parents and self efficacy on college students' career decision and career preparation behavior

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모와의 애착과 자기 효능감이 대학생들의 진로결정과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 특히 이 연구에서는 부와의 애착과 모와의 애착 각각들이 진로결정과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였으며, 또한 부모애착의 하위요인들이 대학생들의 진로결정과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 대학생진로지도를 위한 상담의 구체적인 방안을 마련하기 위한 것이었다.
본 연구에서 확인하고자 하는 연구문제는 첫째, 부모애착과 자기효능감이 대학생의 진로결정과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향. 둘째, 부모애착의 하위요인들인 부모와의 의사소통, 부모와의 신뢰, 부모와의 소원정도와 자기효능감의 하위요인인 일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 자기효능감이 대학생의 진로결정과 진로준비행동에 상대적으로 미치는 영향. 셋째, 부모애착의 하위요인들인 부모와의 의사소통, 부모와의 신뢰, 부모와의 소원정도와 자기효능감의 하위요인인 일반적 자기효능감과 사회적 자기효능감이 대학생의 진로결정과 진로준비행동에 상대적으로 미치는 영향의 성별에 따른 차이 등이었다.
이를 위해 본 연구에서는 서울, 경기도, 경상도, 충청도 각각에 소재하고 있는 대학교 1,2,3,4학년에 재학 중에 500을 대상으로 집단적으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 436명의 자료가 분석되었다. 이들에게 제공된 설문지는 부모애착, 자기효능감, 진로미결정, 진로준비행동을 측정하는 측정도구로 구성되었다.
연구문제를 확인하기 위해 진로미결정 점수와 진로준비행동의 점수를 종속변인으로 하고 부모와의 애착과 자기효능감을 예언변인으로 하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 부와 모와의 관계가 세부적인 특성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 부와 모와의 애착의 하위요인들을 예언변인으로 하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대학생들의 진로결정수준에는 모와의 애착보다는 부와의 애착이 중요한 역할을 하였으며, 자기효능감 역시 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 대학생들의 진로준비행동에는 부와 모와의 관계가 중요한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 둘째, 부모애착의 하위요인들의 영향을 보면, 대학생들의 진로결정에는 부와의 소원함과 모와의 신뢰가 중요한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 진로준비행동에는 남학생의 경우에만 모와의 의사소통과 부와의 소원함이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
결론적으로 이 연구에서는 대학생의 진로발달과정에 아버지와의 부정적 관계, 어머니와의 긍정적 교류 정도에 의해 중요한 영향을 받고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해서 연구의 제한점과 향후과제가 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to research the influences of the attachment to parents and self efficacy on the college students’ career decision and career preparation behavior. Especially it was to verify the influence of the attachment of a father and mother respectively on the college students’ career decision and career preparation behavior. In addition, considering influences of subalternate factors of the attachment to parents on the college students’ career decision and career preparation behavior, it is to prepare the definite plan of counseling for the college students’ career.
The study subjects to be verified through this research are firstly the influences of the attachment to parents and self efficacy on the college students’ career decision and career preparation behavior, secondly relative influences of subalternate factors of the attachment to parents communication with the parents, reliance on the parents, estrangement from the parents, and subalternate factors of the self efficacy; general and social self efficacy on college students' career decision and Career preparation behavior, and thirdly differences of the influences according to gender of subalternate factors of the attachment to parents; communication with the parents, reliance on the parents, estrangement from the parents, and subalternate factors of the self efficacy; general and social self efficacy on college students' career decision and Career preparation behavior.
To perform the research, the questionnaires were massivelyconducted with 500 college students among the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior from the universities located in Seoul, Kyeonggido, Kyeongsangdo and Chungcheongdo, and data of the 436 students was analyzed. The questionnaires was composed as the measurement of the attachment to the parents, self efficacy, undefined career and career preparation behavior
To confirm the research subjects, the multiful regression analysis was conducted considering scores of the undefined career and career preparation behavior as dependent variable, and the attachment of the parents and self efficacy as independent variable. In addition, to research the influence of the relationship with the father and mother on the specific features, the multiful regression Analysis was conducted considering the subalternate factors of the attachment of the father and mother as independent variable. As a result, firstly for the career decision of the college students, the attachment to the father was more important rather the mother, and the self efficacy likewise gave an important influence. Nevertheless, the relationship with the father mother did not influence on the career preparation behavior of the college students. Secondly, for the influences of the subalternate factors of the attachment to the parents, the estrangement from the father and reliance on the mother were influenced on the career decision of the college students, however, the communication with the mother and estrangement from the father were influenced on the career preparation behavior only in case of male students.
As a conclusion, the career development process of the college students was importantly influenced by the negative relationship with the father, and how positive relationship with the mother was. Through the research result, limitation of the study and upcoming project were discussed.
