통합예술치료가 지적장애 성폭력 피해 여성의 사회적 회피와 사회불안 및 소외감에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of the Arts Therapy on Social Avoidance, Distress and Alienation of Mentally Handicapped Women's Sexual Violence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 통합예술치료가 지적장애 성폭력 피해여성의 사회적 회피 및 사회불안과 소외감에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다.
연구의 대상은 K시에 살고 있는 지적장애 성폭력 피해여성을 선정해 6명을 2개월에 걸쳐 매주 2회, 90분씩 총 12회기의 통합예술치료를 실시하였다.
이에 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 통합예술치료가 지적장애 성폭력 피해 여성의 사회적 회피 및 사회 불안에 영향을 미치는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 회피와 사회불안의 통계적 분석을 살펴보면, 음의순위와 양의순위는 사전에 비하여 사후에 감소하였으나 통계적으로 의미 있는 차이가 나타나지는 않았다.
둘째, 통합예술치료가 지적장애 성폭력 피해 여성의 소외감에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 소외감의 하위요인 무의미, 규범 상실, 사회적 고립, 무력감 중 무의미의 하위역역이 의미 있게 감소하였다. 이러한 결과는 통합예술치료가 지적장애 성폭력 피해여성의 소외감의 감소에 통계적으로 의미 있다고 할 수 있다.
통합예술치료가 지적장애 성폭력 피해여성의 사회적 회피 및 사회불안 감소에 미치는 영향이 적으며 소외감 감소에 미치는 효과는 긍정적이고 개인의 의미 있는 삶에 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 즉 지적장애를 가지고 있어도 자신의 성폭력을 겪었다는 상처는 사회불안으로 크게 자리 잡고 있으며, 사회적 지지자가 곁에 있느냐 없느냐에 따라 사회적 회피에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research was going to know about the effects of the Arts Therapy on Social Avoidance, Distress and Alienation of Mentally Handicapped Women's Sexual Violence.
The subjects of research are six women who are mentally handicapped and sexually violated. And they are taken Arts Therapy in 90 minutes, total 12 period, twice in weeks , for 2 months.
This is the summary of results of this research.
1. Arts Therapy doesn't effect Social Avoidance and Distress of Mentally Handicapped Women's Sexual Violence. Looking into the statistical analysis of Social Avoidance and Distress , Plus rank and minus rank is decreased compared with past. But there is no meaningful difference statistically.
2. Arts therapy is effective for the alienation of mentally handicapped women's Sexual Violence. Among the alienation's low factors (;meaninglessness, loss of social norms, social isolation, helplessness) meaninglessness is decreased significantly. This result show that arts therapy is meaningful to the alienation of mentally handicapped women's sexual violence statistically.
Arts therapy is less effective for the social avoidance and distress of mentally handicapped women's Sexual Violence. But arts therapy is more effective to the decrease in alienation positively and to one's meaningful life too. That is, mentally handicapped person also has social distress caused by sexual violence, and whether the person has social supporter or not affects the social avoidance.
