In the present capitalism, fairness of compensation has a significant meaning for users or workers either in an enterprise. Fairness of compensation means managing measure for instilling a desire for work and maintain, collect, and select workers by an enterprise. In an enterprise, there is lasting compensation to ensure a desire for work of members. The reason for importance of wages is that it dominantly influences to attitude and activities of members.
In an enterprise, loss of man power was big problem against for development of an enterprise. The most important reason for loss of man power is compensation. It is getting more serious problem because of various lack points on fairness of compensation in an enterprise. As key problems, it can be obtained like followings.
The loss of man power or resource, material power in a large quantity because compensation system does not harmonize with the developing strategy of an enterprise, or it does not be considered about fairness of compensation or there is lack interchange about it.
Therefore, in this studying, the aim for this is to investigate factors desired to be reflected in process of fairness of compensation by performing a survey about how effects does fairness of compensation influence to validity of an organization for members or an organization.
To searching this aim in an positive proof, it is processed positive analysis through making out survey for establishing and verifying assumption based on literatures relevant to this.
The result of positive analysis can be summarized like next.
By verifying assumption I, conclusion like next is made. It is analyzed that fairness of compensation, fairness of a procedure are significantly influencing to satisfaction in work.
By examining assumption Ⅱ, result like following is made. It is expressed that fairness of compensation, fairness of a procedure are significantly influencing to devotion of an organization.
Through verifying assumption Ⅲ, consequence like next is made.
On effects of fairness of compensation according to scholarship to satisfaction about working, it is shown that all of three groups of graduated highschool, graduated college, graduated university significantly affect.
Also, on effects of fairness of compensation according to scholarship to devotion about working, it is shown that all of three groups of graduated highschool, graduated college, graduated university significantly affect, too.
On effects of fairness of compensation according to working category to satisfaction about working, it is presented that all of three groups of business affairs, business/sales, producing/engineering meaningfully influence.
Moreover, on effects of fairness of compensation according to working category to devotion of work, it is analyzed that business affairs does not affect while other groups of business/sales, producing/engineering significantly influence.
On effects of fairness of compensation according to working position to satisfaction about working, it is revealed that general members, assistant manager/subsection chief meaningfully influence, while position over general manager/deputygeneral manager does not.
On effects of fairness of compensation according to working position to devotion of working, it is expressed that general members, position over general manager/deputygeneral manager significantly affect, while assistant manager/subsection chief does not.
The limit of this studying is that it was investigated effect of fairness of compensation to validity of organization with only two factors. Although satisfaction, devotion about an organization of individual is related many other preceding variances and it has to be included in this studying model, this includes only parts of them examined in existing studies. Also, it is seen that generalization of interpretation by this has a problem because the survey was focused on only some of enterprises in Incheon or Bucheon, not various samples in the whole country. Moreover, in the respect of method, a transection analysis using surveying method was performed. Though this has some of propriety, it is true that general limit is made through named common method variance problem.
