소상공인 창업교육만족과 창업의도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 소상공인 창업교육과 관련하여 창업교육의 만족요인을 규명하고 창업교육 만족과 창업가정신이 창업의도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 소상공인 창업교육 만족요인을 교육환경요인(시설, 운영, 이론교육, 현장실습), 창업가 정신(성취욕구, 위험감수성, 창의력)으로 도출하였으며, 창업교육만족과 창업의도와의 관계 그리고 창업가 정신과 창업의도간의 영향 관계 분석을 하였다. 성공창업패키지 교육, 경영개선교육을 수료한 소상공인을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였으며, 분석결과 첫째, 교육시설, 운영, 이론교육은 창업교육만족에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 현장실습은 정의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취욕구, 위험 감수성은 창업교육 만족에 유의미한 영향력을 나타내지 않아, 정의 영향에 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업교육 만족은 창업 의도를 높이는 것으로 파악되어, 가설은 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성취 욕구는 정의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 위험감수성은 정의영향에 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 소상공인 창업교육만족 관련 요인들을 실증분석을 통해서 창업교육 만족은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 점과 창업교육 만족과 창업가정신의 개인 심리적 특성 보유자를 위한 다양하고 세분화된 창업교육 프로그램이 필요하다는 점에서 소상공인 창업교육이 나아가야 할 방향의 기초를 제공 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is made to find satisfaction factors in education of business foundation with respect to that of small business foundation and to look into relationship between satisfaction of business foundation education and founder's intention of foundation. Satisfaction factors in education of small business foundation is drawn to education environment factor (facilities, operation, theory education, field training) and founder's spirit (achievement need, risk-taking, creativity), analysis is conducted on not only relation between satisfaction of business foundation education and founder's intention of foundation but also relation between founder's spirit and his intention of foundation. Empirical analysis is done on small businessmen who finished successful foundation package education and management improvement education, and analysis result shows that; first, education facilities, operation and theory education give positive influence to satisfaction of business foundation education but field training does not give positive influence to satisfaction of business foundation education; second, achievement need and risk-taking do not give meaningful influence to satisfaction of business foundation education, which means they do not give positive influence; third, it is found that satisfaction of business foundation education increases foundation intention, which proves the hypothesis gives positive influence; fourth, it is found that achievement need gives positive influence but risk-taking does not give positive influence.

Through actual analysis of factors related to satisfaction of business foundation education for small businessmen, this study provides basis of direction to which small business foundation education moves forward, with respect to the fact that such satisfaction of education gives meaningful influence to foundation intention and that diversified and subdivided program of foundation education is required for satisfaction of business foundation education and for those who have personal mentality of founder's spirit.
