청소년-상담자 작업동맹과 부모-상담자 작업동맹이청소년 내담자의 상담성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

청소년상담에서는 내담자-상담자 간의 작업동맹 뿐만 아니라 부모-상담자 간의 작업동맹이 중요하다. 왜냐하면 청소년상담의 특성상 부모는 단순한 보호자 이상의 역할을 수행하기 때문이다. 예를 들면 부모는 청소년의 심리적 문제를 해결하는 중요한 조력자 역할을 하며 또한 청소년에게 악영향을 주는 자신의 성격특성을 해결하는 내담자가 되기도 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지의 연구는 부모와 청소년 양쪽 동맹을 함께 측정한 것이 아니었다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 상담자가 보고한 내담자-상담자 작업동맹, 부모-상담자 작업동맹, 그리고 내담자가 보고한 내담자-상담자 작업동맹, 부모가 보고한 부모-상담자 작업동맹을 측정하여, 어떤 작업동맹이 실제로 청소년내담자의 작업동맹을 잘 예측하는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 연구문제와 결과는 다음과 같다.
1) 내담자-상담자 작업동맹 및 부모-상담자 작업동맹의 측정치는 평정자에 따라 차이가 있는가를 확인하였다. 그 결과 내담자-상담자 작업동맹에서 상담자는 그들의 내담자보다 작업동맹을 더 호의적으로 평가하였다.
2) 청소년 내담자의 작업동맹은 성별 및 교급에 따라 차이가 있는가를 검증하였다. 그 결과 남자보다는 여자 내담자가, 고등학생보다는 중학생 내담자의 작업동맹이 강하게 나타났다.
3) 내담자-상담자 작업동맹은 청소년 내담자의 상담성과에 영향을 미치는가를 확인하였다. 그 결과 청소년 내담자의 상담만족도는 내담자 및 상담자가 평정한 작업동맹과 유의한 정적상관을 보였는데, 특히 상담자가 평정한 작업동맹이 더 높은 상관을 나타냈다. 그러나 Y-OQ에서의 증상변화의 경우 유의한 상관을 보이지 않았다.
4) 부모-상담자 작업동맹은 청소년 내담자의 상담성과에 영향을 미치는가를 확인하였다. 그 결과는 부모-상담자 작업동맹은 상담자가 평정한 작업동맹에서만 내담자의 상담만족도를 예측한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 Y-OQ의 변화는 내담자 및 상담자가 평정한 작업동맹과 유의한 상관을 나타내지 않았다.
5) 내담자-상담자 작업동맹과 부모-상담자 작업동맹 중 어떤 동맹이 청소년 내담자의 상담만족도를 더 잘 예측하는가를 확인하였다. 그 결과 내담자-상담자 작업동맹에서 상담만족도를 더 잘 예측하였다.

이러한 연구는 국내에서는 볼 수 없었던 청소년 내담자에 대해 상담의 최종성과를 측정하였고, 또한 내담자-상담자 작업동맹 및 부모-상담자 작업동맹이 상담성과에 미치는 영향을 최초로 탐색했다는 데 의의가 있다. 또한 청소년뿐만 아니라 그들의 상담자가 작업동맹을 평정하였고, 그 결과 성인과 달리 상담자가 평정한 작업동맹이 상담성과를 더 잘 예측한다는 사실을 입증하였다. 또한 비록 부분적으로 검증된 것이지만 부모-상담자 작업동맹은 청소년 내담자의 상담만족도에 영향을 주고 있어 청소년 상담에서 부모가 적지만 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있음을 밝힌 것에 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In adolescence counseling, it is equally important not only that client and counselor cooperate but also parents and consultant cooperation because parents' role is more than just protectors. For example, parents gave significant aide to adolescence to cope with their physiological problem and become counselors for dealing with adolescence characteristics that has bad influence on them. Despite of that fact, the research to date hasn't covered the cooperation of parents and adolescence.
Therefore, this research client-counselor cooperation, parents-counselor cooperation, reported b the counselor, and client-counselor cooperation, reported by the client, and parents-counselor cooperation, reported by the parents, so that verified which cooperation predicts adolescence client's cooperation. Here are research questions.
1) Client-counselor cooperation and parents-counselor cooperation degree was verified if there is difference among assessors. The result was the counselor in client-counselor cooperation assessed favorably their cooperation than clients.
2) Adolescence clients were verified if there is difference in genders and grades. The result was Female(than male) students and High school students(than junior high students) showed stronger cooperation.
3) Client-Counselor cooperation’s effect on counseling result of the adolescence client was verified. The counseling satisfaction result of them showed a similar static relation with the cooperation assessed by clients and counselors. Especially, the one by counselors showed higher relation. Yet, there isn’t any relation with symptom change in Y-OQ
4) Parents-counselor cooperation was verified to see if it has effect on the counseling result. The result turned out that only the counselor predicted clients’ satisfaction. Yet, change of Y-OQ didn’t show any relation with clients and counselors assessment.
5) Client-counselor cooperation was verified to see which cooperation is likely to predict the adolescence clients’ satisfaction. The result was favorable for client-counselor cooperation.

This was the first try to see the final counseling results of the adolescence clients, and investigated the effect of parents-counselor cooperation. Plus, adolescence assessed the result as well as the counselors did, resulting in the fact that counselors predict well than clients. This is contrary to the results of adults’ case. Partly, it showed that parents-counselor cooperation take a meaningful role in the adolescence counselin
