중학교 축구 코치의 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십과 팀 응집력 및 팀 성과의 인과관계 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focused to analyze the causal relationship among transformational
and transactional leadership of soccer coach, team cohesion, and team
performance of soccer players of middle schools in province of Kyungbuk.
Participants for this study were 250 of soccer players of middle school at
kyungbuk and choongbuk in Korea. Of participations valid data were 203.
They completed a modified inventory of the transformational and
transactional leadership, team cohesion, and team performance. More
details, transformational and transactional leadership Scale modified by
Bass(1985), and team cohesion scale by Soo(2004), and team performance
scale by Cook & Wall(1980) & McAllister(1995) were using after remodifing
scale to investigate the purpose of this study. Results were analysed in
quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered
survey.
The most three meaningful results of the study were as follows;
First, there were differenced to group of team cohesion and team
performance of variables between soccer players who is participating in
middle school according to winning a prize and exercise accomplishment
degree.
Second, there were differenced to group of transformation and
transactional leadership of variables between soccer players who is
participating in middle school according to winning a prize and exercise
accomplishment degree.
Third, there were influenced to causal relationship among
transformational and transactional leadership of soccer coach, team cohesion
and team performance of middle school soccer plaryers.
