The purpose of this study is to find how marketing communications influence the brand value as perceived by customers, and then how mediator variables such as the perceived brand value, customer satisfaction, and brand attitude affect the dependent variable which is brand loyalty.
The major findings of this study are summarized as follows:
First, controlled communications and uncontrolled communications have significant influence on brand values such as emotional, social, and functional value.
Second, brand values such as emotional and functional values have significant influence on customer satisfaction.
Third, brand values such as emotional and functional values have significant influence on brand attitude.
Fourth, customer satisfaction has a significant influence on brand attitude.
Finally, brand attitude has a significant influence on brand loyalty.
