청소년의 부적응적 사고와 또래관계의 질이 내면화-외현화 문제행동에 미치는 영향 = (The) effects of maladaptive thoughts and quality of peer relationships on internalizing-externalizing problem behaviors by adolescents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부적응적 사고의 하위요인이 내면화 및 외현화 문제행동에 어떤 관계가 있는지와 또래관계의 질이 내면화 및 외현화 문제행동에 어떤 관계가 있는지 파악하고 특히 또래관계의 질이 부적응적사고와 문제행동간의 관계에서 갖는 조절효과를 검증하여 치료적 개입 계획을 세우는데 목적이 있다.
경기도 소재 고등학교 1,2학년 424명을 대상으로 청소년용 부적응적 사고척도 (MTS-A), 또래관계의 질 척도와 한국판청소년 자기행동척도 (K-YSR)를 실시하였다.
본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 부적응적사고와 내면화 및 외현화 문제행동의 상관관계를 알아본 결과 부적응적사고는 내면화, 외현화 문제행동과 모두 정적상관을 보였으며 외현화 문제행동보다 내면화 문제행동과 더 높은 상관관계를 보였다.
둘째, 또래관계의 질과 내면화 및 외현화 문제행동의 상관관계를 알아본 결과 또래관계의 질은 내면화 및 외현화 문제행동과는 부적 상관관계를 보였다.
셋째. 또래관계의 질이 부적응적사고와 문제행동간의 관계에서 조절 작용을 하는지 알아본 결과 부적응적사고와 또래관계의 질은 상호작용 하여 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to find how subordinate factors of maladaptive thoughts are related to internalizing-externalizing problem behaviors and how the quality of peer relationships is related to internalizing-externalizing problem behaviors. Especially, it is to verify how the adolescents' peer relationships affect between maladaptive thoughts and problem behaviors and give therapeutic intervention plan.
This study was worked with 424 students of high school from Kyunggido and used the maladaptive thought measure (MTS-A) for adolescents which is developed (2007), the quality measure of peer relations complemented (2002) and Korean version adolescents’ own behavior measure (K-YSR).
The remarkable results of this study are as below.
First, maladaptive thoughts showed positive relations to all, internalizing-externalizing problem behaviors but showed stronger relations to internalizing problem behaviors than externalizing behaviors, as the studied results on how related between maladaptive thoughts and internalizing-externalizing problem behaviors.
Second, it showed that the quality of peer relationship has strong negative relations to internalizing problem behaviors but weak negative relations to externalizing problem behaviors, as the studied result on how the quality of peer relationships are related with internalizing an externalizing problem behaviors.
Third, it showed that maladaptive thoughts control problem behaviors, as the studied result on how the quality of peer relationships works on between maladaptive thoughts and problem behaviors.
