유치원 교사의 음악교수 효능감과 음악활동 실제 : 경력, 학력 및 연수경험 중심으로 = (A) study on kindergarten teachers' music teaching efficacy and practice of music education : focused on their career, an academic background and the experience of training

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to present the foundational material meaningful for the improvement of early childhood teachers' difficulties and problems about music education and how to find a method to accelerate by examining between the efficacy of music teaching and the practice of musical activites.
For that purpose above, the following research questions were posed :
1. According to kindergarten teachers' career, an academic background and the experience of training,How does the efficacay of music teaching go?
2. According to kindergarten teachers' career, an academic background and the experience of training,How does the practice of musical activites go?
To achieve this study purpose, questionnaire sheet survey was done for teachers who paticipated in the training of qualificaion hosted by Seoul Education Training Institute and one hundred and eighty seven kindergarten teachers working in Seoul area.
Collected data were manipulated by using SPSS 10.0 statistics program and average, standard deviation, frequency, percentage was deduced to figure out common items among surveyees. F- verificaion (one-way ANOVA) and correlation analysis were performed to analyze between the efficacy of music teaching and the practice of musical activites. And to investigate the difference among groups, Scheffe' verification after death was entailed.
The results of this study case by case are as follows :
First, The efficacy of music education for early childhood teachers differs according to kindergarten teachers' career, an academic background and the experience of training.
It turned out that the efficacy of music education for early childhood teachers has a meaningful correlation according to kindergarten teachers' career, an academic background and the experience of training. According to kindergarten teachers' schooling and the period of training, it affected meaningfully upon the general efficacy of mucic teaching while the contents of it can't influence on the general efficacy of mucic teaching but only individual efficacy which positioned in a low aspect.
Second, when it comes to the practice of music activities for kindergarten teachers, There was a diversity according to kindergarten teachers' career, an academic background and the experience of training. Every aspect in the practice of music activities was align with a significant correlation according to kindergarten teachers' career, an academic background and the experience of training. It showed up that there was a meaningful difference according to teachers' schooling, the period of music training and content of discipline.
Through the results of this study make a conclusion as follows : There are hugh gaps between the efficacy of music teaching and the practice of musical activites in accordance with kindergarten teachers' career, an academic background and the experience of training. Therefore, In order to remove from difficulities of efficacy of music teaching and the practice of musical activites for teachers, a variety of training should be provided and we need to develop a program which both can elevate the quality of regular re-edcation concerning music and musical discipline right before teaching to activate in class.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 음악교수 효능감과 음악활동 실제를 고찰해 봄으로써 유치원 교사의 음악교육에 대한 어려움과 문제점을 개선하고 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하고 한다.
이와 같은 연구 목적을 위해 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다.
1. 유치원 교사의 경력, 학력 및 연수경험에 따라 음악교수 효능감은 어떠한가?
2. 유치원 교사의 경력, 학력 및 연수경험에 따라 음악활동 실제는 어떠한가?
연구의 목적을 위해서 서울특별시 교육연수원이 주관하는 자격연수에 참여한 교사와 서울 지역 유치원에 근무하는 교사 187명 대상으로 질문지를 통한 조사를 실시하였다.
수집된 자료를 SPSS 17.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 연구대상의 일반적인 사항을 알아보기 위하여 평균, 표준편차, 빈도와 백분율로 분석하였으며 음악교수 효능감과, 음악활동 실제를 알아보기 위해 상관관계와 F-검증(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 집단 간의 차이를 조사하기 위해 Scheffe 사후검증을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 연구 문제별로 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 유치원 교사의 음악교수 효능감은 교사의 경력, 학력 및 연수경험에 따라 차이가 있었다.
유치원 교사의 교사 경력 및 연수 횟수에 따라 음악교수 효능감은 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 교사학력, 음악연수 시기에 따른 전체 음악교수 효능감은 유의한 차이가 나타났으나 음악교육 연수 내용에 따른 전체 음악교수 효능감은 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았으며 하위영역 개인 효능감에서 유의미한 차이가 보였다.
둘째, 유치원 교사의 음악활동 실제는 교사의 경력, 학력 및 연수경험에 따라 차이가 있었다.
유치원 교사의 교사 경력 및 연수 횟수에 따라 음악활동 실제의 모든 영역에서 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 교사학력, 음악연수 시기, 음악교육 연수 내용에 따라 음악활동 실제는 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
이러한 연구 결과를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 유치원 교사의 음악교수 효능감과 음악활동 실제는 교사의 경력, 학력 및 연수경험에 따라 차이가 있다. 따라서 교사의 음악교수 효능감 향상과 음악활동 실제시 어려움을 해결하기 위해서는 다양한 현직연수가 제공되어야 하며 학급에서 실천하기 위해서는 직전의 음악교육과 음악관련 정기적인 재교육의 연수의 질을 높이는 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.
