가족간 원활한 의사소통을 위한 성경 속 코칭질문 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

가족간 효율적인 의사소통은 가족간 친밀하고 긍정적이며 의미 있는 관계를 유지할 뿐 아니라 갈등해결을 위해 서로 협력하며, 성장할 수 있도록 서로 돕고 지지하는 역할을 한다. 하지만 핵가족화, 이혼, 맞벌이 등으로 인해 가족 간 대화가 축소되고 유대감이 약화되는 등 다양한 사회문제가 대두되고 있는데 이러한 현상은 기독교 가족도 피할 수 없는 문제임을 인식하고 이러한 사회적 문제를 해결하기 위해서 성경을 도구로 한 ‘바이블 코칭(Bible coaching)’을 제안하였다.
바이블 코칭은 성경말씀을 통해 깊은 통찰과 깊은 깨달음을 얻을 수 있게 하고 문제를 해결하고 또 적용, 실천하므로 궁극적으로 더 나은 삶을 살 수 있도록 안내하는 표지판과 같은 역할을 한다.
본 연구는 1차로 새 번역 성경을 통해 구약과 신약에서 질문 총 2,466건을 선정하였고, 그 중 부부관계, 혈연관계로 맺어진 친족간의 대화 속에서 다시 질문 총 106개를 선정하였다. 그리고 단순히 정보를 구하는 질문과 코칭철학에 맞지 않는 질문을 제외한 뒤 개역개정 성경과 다시 비교 분석하여 최종 구약 46개, 신약 4개 총 50개의 질문을 최종 선정하였고, WISE 코칭 대화모델에 따라 분류하고 성경과 주석 그리고 논문을 참고하여 코칭질문기술에 따른 질문유형을 분석하였다.
분석결과 첫째, 의미 있는 한 문장의 질문으로 듣는 이로 하여금 스스로 깨달음을 주는 사례를 찾을 수 있었는데, 각 단계별 질문으로 구성된 질문형 모델인 WISE 코칭 대화모델은 상황에 따라 각 단계별 분리, 변형이 가능한 모델로써 이러한 성경 속 코칭사례의 특수한 구조를 충분히 만족할 수 있는 탁월한 코칭 대화모델임을 발견할 수 있었고 둘째, 성경에서 찾을 수 있는 질문의 구조는 ‘어찌하여’ 라는 단어를 사용한 훈계성 질문이 많이 있었고 연구자는 이러한 구조를 띤 질문유형을 ‘동기질문’이라고 명명하였다.
마지막으로 본 연구자의 연구를 초석으로 부모-자녀, 교사-아동 등 다양한 역할에서 쉽게 모델링할 수 있도록 하나님, 예수님의 질문 기술을 분석하고 제시하는 연구가 후속 연구로 이어질 것을 기대하며 크리스천 부모코칭프로그램 또는 크리스천 아동코칭프로 그램이 개발 되어질 수 있도록 돕는 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.
더 나아가 현재로 부터 과거가 아닌 미래를 향해 가능성을 모색해 보는 코칭 원리를 기반으로 한 예방아동복지 실현을 위해 한 차원 더 높은 가족간의 의사소통 기술로 제시 될 수 있길 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Family communication is what maintains that intimate, positive, and meaningful relationship in family that settles a conflict and support to develop each other. But nowadays there are various social issues like reducing a family conversation and weak bond because of increasing a number of nuclear-family, divorce and working together family. These present state is a problem that christian family can't avoid, so this study suggest that the Bible coaching for solved social issues.
Bible coaching can get you a deep insight awakening, help solve problems, and will apply in your life with practice. Bible coaching with practice will ultimately guide you to a better life.
This study selected all 2,466 questions stated in the Old Testament and the New Testament in NKSV(New Korean Standard Version). Then chose 106 questions that dealt with blood line conversations out of the 2,466. Researcher excepted some questions which find out just information or discord with coaching philosophy.
After that, selected total 50 questions that composed 46 questions in the Old Testament and 4 questions in the New Testament by comparing with NKRV(New Korean Revised Version) Bible. Then classified the questions by type through WISE Coaching Conversation Model and coaching question skills. When classified, the researcher refers to the Bible and annotation.
Base on the analyzed results, this study make the following contributions.
First, this study discovered WISE Coaching Conversation Model is an excellent coaching model that has a perfect Bible structure. It can separate and transform each step from the analysis results. The researcher can find examples that make the audience have a spiritual awakening by a one sentence question.
Second, researcher found discipline questions that using a ‘whereby’ question structure in the Bible, and defined 'motivation question'.
Finally, based on this study, researcher expect to follow-up study about analyzing and proposing God and Jesus's questions for kind of relationship between parents-children, teacher-children. It can do modeling and look forward to being a basic data to develop christian parents coaching program or christian children coaching program.
Furthermore, It was indicated a more high dimension family communication skills for realizing prevention child-welfare that based coaching principle which is search a possibility for future.
