미술치료사의 치료경험과 역전이 관리 능력이 치료성과에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of the Art Therapist's Therapeutic Experience & the Countertransference Management Ability on the Therapeutic Outcome.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미술치료사들의 치료경험, 역전이 관리 능력이 치료성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것에 목적이 있다.
본 연구의 대상은 한국미술치료학회의 치료사(미술치료사 317명, 미술치료전문가 33명, 수련감독미술치료전문가 14명)중 126을 대상으로 연구하였다. 자료 표집은 E-mail을 통한 방법과 직접 배부해서 회수하는 방법으로 3차에 걸쳐 실행하였다. 연구도구는 대상자의 일반적 특성 및 치료경험 질문지, 역전이 관리 능력 척도(최가희, 2002), 상담자용 상담성과 질문지(정남운, 1998)를 미술치료 상황에 맞게 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 자료분석은 척도의 구성을 위하여 요인분석과 내적일치도에 의한 신뢰도분석(Cronbach's α)을 실시하였으며, 연구문제와 관련하여 빈도와 백분율(%), 평균(M)과 표준편차(SD), 적률상관관계분석, 위계적회기분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 미술치료사 치료경험 정도에 차이가 나타났으며 역전이 관리 능력, 치료성과의 수준 모두 중상으로 나타났다.
둘째, 미술치료사의 치료경험, 역전이 관리 능력, 치료성과와의 상관관계 결과 치료경력기간을 제외한 치료경험들은 수퍼비전 횟수와 정적관계를 보였고 개인미술치료 경험 수만 역전이 관리 능력과 치료성과에 정적상관을 가졌다. 셋째, 미술치료사의 치료경험, 역전이 관리 능력이 치료성과에 미치는 영향은 치료경험 요인 중 개인미술치료 경험 수가 치료성과에 많은 영향을 미쳤고, 치료경험과 역전이 관리 능력 중에는 역전이 관리 능력이 치료경험보다 치료성과에 더 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 종합해보면 치료성과에 주요한 요인으로 미술치료사의 치료경험도 중요한 요인이나 치료사 개인적 자질인 역전이 관리 능력이 더 중요한 변인임을 알 수 있다.
본 연구는 미술치료성과에 영향을 미치는 치료자 요인에 대한 초기 연구로 향후 연구의 중요한 기초 자료가 될 수 있다는데 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research‘s purpose is to examine the Influence of the Art Therapist's Therapeutic Experience & the Countertransference Management Ability on the Therapeutic Outcome.
In this research, there were 126 out of 354 subjects, including 14 trained art therapy directors, 33 art therapy experts and 317 art therapists.
For the study, participants were given questionnaires via E-mail, postal mails and in person under the agreement of each participant.
The method of this research is that a general characteristic a therapeutic & questionnaire, the Counter-transference Factor Inventory (CFI, Choi 2002), and the questionnaire of the therapist outcome for counsellor(Jung, 1998) were used and slightly modified to suit the art therapy.
In the analysis of data, the component analysis and Cronbach's coefficient alpha were analyzed. Concerned with this research, the frequency, the percentage, the mean and the standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation analysis and the hierarchical regression analysis were operated for outcomes.
Here are some findings of the analysis.
Firstly, there were some variations according to the therapist's experience. CMA and the therapeutic outcome all showed more than middle high-level.
Secondly, the relationship among therapist experience, CMA, and therapeutic outcome shows that the therapist's experience has a directly proportional relationship with the frequency of the supervision, and of these, only the personal therapist's experience has a direct proportional relationship with each CMA and therapeutic outcome.
Thirdly, in studying the effect of the therapist's experience and CMA on the outcome it is reported that out of the aspects related to personal experience, the frequency of the personal art therapist's experience has the most significant effect on the outcome, and CMA is shown to have more effects on the outcome than personal experience.
From these aspects, it can be said that the qualification of the therapist is more important factor than any other factors while those factors also have important roles.
This research's significance is thought that the factor 'the personal qualification of the therapist' could have an vast effect on the therapeutic outcome. Besides this research can be treated as the basic study of the importance of the therapist qualification for the future studies.
