대중문화예술인 복리제도 확립에 관한 연구 : 방송·연예 산업을 중심으로 = A Study on the Activation of Employee Benefit in Popular Culture Artistes : with a focus on Broadcast and Entertainment industry

This study is that Popular culture, the art of economic activity and social workers attribute the problems of economic activity and household characteristics of the characteristics of the economy, social issues and the nature of empirical investigation. These study results presented throughout the development plan are as follows.
First, Expansion of social security measures. For this purpose, Social insurance system to guarantee and utilize it for the publicity and support measures to strengthen, seeking the introduction of public service is required.
Second, The welfare fund of funds and the artists take advantage of popular culture. In order to achieve this target expansion and the lowest paid workers a reward for services livelihood and comprehensive information and referral system building 'popular culture artistes welfare centers' operations is required.
Third, Income and employment stabilization measures. For this purpose, employment and employment placement center operations, support and expertise for improved employment insurance system by the 'popular culture artistes manpower training institutions' need to be established.
But Popular culture is the reality of foreign artistes in the country poorer than the cohesiveness of the labor union structure is not right for the contradiction was due largely determine weakness. Thus those, Korean popular artistes of cultural activities guarantee the stable development of cultural industry consists of high value-added industry positively need to be able to help make unceasing efforts.
