진로태도성숙과 진로결정효능감이 여자대학생의 진로타협에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Career Attitude Maturity Career Decision-Making Efficacy Career Compromise among Korean university Womans

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 Gottfredson이 강조한 진로결정시에 나타나게 되는 타협과 그 타협에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇이 있는지 규명하기 위함이다. Gottfredson은 외부의 요인과는 별개로 흥미, 가치, 성역할로 고려되어지는 타협은 발달 과정 중 제일 먼저 습득되어지는 흥미를 가장 먼저 타협하고, 가치가 두 번째 마지막으로 성역할을 최종 타협요소로 구분하였다. 이는 성역할 정체성 가치관을 습득 하는 시기인 15세 이후부터 모든 사람은 흥미<가치<성역할 순으로 타협을 하게 된다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 많은 후속연구를 통해 Gottfredson과는 다른 결과들이 발표가 되었고, 여러 가지 변인에 따라 타협순서는 바뀌게 되는 사실이 확인되었고, 심리적 변인에 따라 타협요소에 영향을 많은 받는 것으로 확인되었다.
이에 본 연구자는 개인적 특성과 심리적 특성에 따라 타협에 영향을 미친다는 이론적 배경을 근거로 개인적 변인과, 심리적 변인에 의해 진로타협이 달라지는지 또한 어떠한 영향을 주는지 검증하고자 하였다.
연구 대상은 서울 소재한 4년 재 대학교에 재학 중인 여학생 320명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 최종 270개의 설문지가 분석되었다. 개인적 요인인 학년, 전공, 부모의 사회경제적 환경에 따라 타협순서가 바뀌는 것이 확인 되었다. 또한 심리적 특성인 진로태도성숙과 진로결정효능감이 타협요소에 영향을 주는 것을 확인했다.
본 연구는 Gottfredson의 이론을 더욱 구체화하였으며, 그 동안 타협연구에서 간과해 온 구체적인 개인적 변인과 심리적 특성에 따른 차이를 경험적으로 증명했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to examine the compromise showing the determination of course to advance after graduation which was emphasized by Gottfredson and what are the primary factors to exert influence upon the compromise closely.
Separately from the external factors, Gottfredson regards and classified that the interest will be compromised in the first place since it is acquired in the developing process before everthing else, and the value is the second place and the sex role is the last compromising factor among the compromise which is considered as interest, value and sex role.
It could be explained that everybody make compromise the order of interest < value < sex role after 15 year-old- period that is acquiring their sense of value of sex role identity.
However, through many of succeeding researches a lot of results of studies different from the Gottfredson's study were expressed and the order could be changed according to the variables and it was verified that the compromising factors are affected by psychological variables and also.
Thereupon, this researcher would like to make an attempt at the individual variables and how the compromising factors will be changed by the psychological variables and how it exert influence upon that based on the theoretical background that the personal distinctive character and psychological special quality .
As the subject of study I have made up a questionnaire to make 320 female students in a four-year college located in Seoul, and finally 270 meaningful questionnaires were analyzed. I confirmed that the compromising order could be changed in accordance with individual personal factors: grade, specialty, and of parents' social, economic environments. And also as the psychological distinctive character, maturity of attitude to select of the course, self-deciding career efficacy will have an effect upon the compromising factors.
In short, this research study took concrete shape the Gottfredson's theory and it is significant to empirically prove the difference of individual concrete variables from psychological distinctive character which have been overlooked in a compromising research studies in the meantime.
