국외 의료관광서비스 선택요인에 관한 연구 = (A) study of choice factors on overseas medical-tour services in South Korean

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The results of this study are as follows. First, cost benefit pursuit, medical service quality, tour service quality had a significant effects on the preference of the overseas medical tour service. But distance benefit pursuit, tour service quality had not effect on the preference of the overseas medical tour service.
Medical service quality was the only antecedent factor on the satisfaction of the overseas medical tour service. Cost benefit pursuit, distance benefit pursuit, tour service quality had not effect on the satisfaction of the overseas medical tour service in South Korean.
Improvement of medical-service systems, national support of medical tourism advertisement, international advertisement through Korean Tourism Organization, and introduction of one-stop services for medical tourism are considered as prerequisite in medical tourism. In conclusion, it is expected that the quality of medical services and modernization of medical facilities should be established in order to develop medical tourism with national advertisement and service education for employees.
