재즈댄스 교육 프로그램 개선방안 연구 : 서울시 공립 문화체육센터를 중심으로 = A study on the improvement scheme of education program of Jazz Dance : Centering around public cultural physical education center in Seoul

This study aims at heightening the satisfaction degree of members to attend education program of jazz dance at public cultural physical education centerto enforce lifelong education in accordance with spread of cultural education idea which is being spread, experiencing system change to be based on society development and preparing activation scheme of education programof jazz dance at cultural physical education center.
Thus, so as to attain this study goal, this researcher executed question survey to examine age and participating motive of trainees of education program of jazz dance, course attending lecture, talent of leader, education environment and facilities, management composition of program, and effectof improvement point of jazz dance.
After entrusting public cultural physical education center at Seoul with survey, I designated physical education center for Dongdaemoongu residents, Onjo the Great Cultural Physical Education Center, Junkok Cultural Sports Center as 3 public cultural physical education center, and executed from the 20th of July in 2009 to the 31st on 100 trainees who attend education program of jazz dance.
About questionnaires which were made out, I examined applicability of question contents through preliminary test and completed this survey questionnaire after correcting and supplementing by verifying trust degree. And, handling method of data which were used in this study for data analysis is verification of frequency percentage. And, handling was made by using SPSS12.0. Through above study method, I examined and studied improvement scheme of education program of jazz dance centering around publiccultural physical education center in Seoul. I presented 4 kinds as improvement scheme of program of public cultural physical education center through survey result, and they are as follows:
First, as for improvement scheme of education environment and facilities management, standard about facilities to be suitable for education program of jazz dance shall be made, and the rule shall be prescribed. In addition, right use education for facilities shall be executed, and fast supplement work shall be made with extra facilities and waiting state of staffs to manage facilitie.
Second, as for improvement scheme of employment and management of lecturers, range of lecturers of education program of jazz dance shall be defined and lecturers to be suitable for it shall be employed. In addition, lecturers shall be managed by establishing pool for professional manpower and excellent lecturer manpower of jazz dance at public cultural physical education center. Besides, lecturers of jazz dance shall develop diverse programs continuously by executing research study for lecturers.
Third, as for improvement scheme of lecturers of jazz dance, contents of lesson shall be composed easily and interestingly with figure management and application of dance which is in vogue etc. In addition, lesson information shall be shared through pool for professional manpower of jazz dance and manpower of excellent lecturers.
Fourth, as for improvement scheme of management composition of program, lesson hours of education proglram of jazz dance shall be prescribed as 1 hour and 30 minutes. In addition, about education program of jazz dance, program shall be opened by level with 2 or more, beginner's class and intermediate class.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회발전에 따른 체제 변화를 겪으면서 확산되고 있는 문화교육 이념의 보급에 따라 평생교육을 시행하는 공립 문화체육센터에서의 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램을 수강하는 구성원들의 만족도를 높이고 문화체육센터의 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램의 활성화 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다.
따라서 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램 수강자들의 연령과 참여 동기, 수강 경로, 지도자의 자질, 교육 환경 및 시설, 프로그램 운영구성, 재즈댄스의 효과와 개선점을 알아보는 설문조사를 실시하였다.
서울시 내에 위치한 공립 문화체육센터 중에서 조사를 의뢰하여 회신에 응답한 동대문구민 체육센터, 온조대왕 문화체육센터, 전곡문화스포츠센터로 3개의 문화체육센터을 지정하였으며, 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램을 수강하고 있는 수강자 100명을 대상으로 2009년 7월 20일부터 31일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다.
작성된 설문지는 예비검사를 통하여 설문내용의 적용 가능성을 검토하고, 신뢰도를 검증하여 수정·보안 후 본 조사 설문지를 완성하였으며 자료 분석을 위해 본 연구에서 사용한 자료 처리방법은 빈도·백분율 검증이며 SPSS12.0를 이용하여 처리하였다. 위와 같은 연구방법을 통하여 서울시 공립 문화체육센터를 중심으로 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램 개선 방안을 조사, 연구하였다. 조사 결과를 통하여 공립 문화체육센터의 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램 개선 방안으로 4가지를 제시하였으며 다음과 같다.
첫째, 교육환경 및 시설관리의 개선 방안으로 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램에 적합한 시설에 대한 기준을 만들고 그 규정을 준수 하도록 한다. 또한 시설에 대한 올바른 사용 교육을 실시하고, 여분의 시설과 시설 관리 직원들이 항시 대기상태로 빠른 보완 작업이 이루어지도록 한다.
둘째, 강사 채용 및 관리의 개선 방안으로 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램 강사의 범위를 정의하고 그에 맞는 강사를 채용한다. 또한 공립 문화체육센터의 재즈댄스 전문 인력 우수강사 인력 풀을 구축하여 강사들을 관리 한다. 더불어 강사 연수를 통하여 재즈댄스 강사들이 계속적으로 다양한 프로그램을 개발하도록 한다.
셋째, 재즈댄스 강사의 프로그램 개선방안으로 몸매관리와 유행하는 춤의 응용으로 쉽고 재미있게 수업의 내용을 구성한다. 또한 재즈댄스 전문 인력 우수강사 인력 풀을 통하여 수업정보를 공유하도록 한다.
넷째, 프로그램 운영구성 개선 방안으로 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램의 수업 시간을 1시간 30분으로 규정한다. 또한 재즈댄스 교육 프로그램을 초급, 중급반으로 최소 2개 이상의 수준 별 프로그램을 개설하도록 한다.
