地方議會議員의 리더십이 執行機關 公務員의 組織市民行動과 業務力量에 미치는 影響 : 儒城區廳 公務員을 中心으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to give the basic materials for local
governor to adapt oneself to new circumstances, for local governor to
decide on the policy rightly and for local governor to accept the citizen's
needs. and to propose the basic materials about assessment local governor'
transformational leadership and analysis about the effect of local
governor's transformational leadership on the servant's organizational
citizenship behavior and the local public service worker's job capacity. In
order to verify the effect, the data obtained from questioning a local
public service worker of Yusung-gu 361.
According to the result of analysis, the differences of local governor's
transformational leadership upon the characteristic of the local public
service worker to work in the administrative execution agency was not
significant but gender, age, level of education, position, work area. and
the the effect of local governor's transformational leadership on the
servant's organizational citizenship behavior and the local public service
worker's job was not significant. The research proposed specific way to
increase local governor's transformational leadership was based on a this
result of analysis and proposed the import and the limitation of this
research.
