어음변별 기반 짝자극 기법이 조음장애 아동의 경구개음 개선에 미치는 효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Speech Sound Discrimination based Paired-Stimuli Technique on palatal in children with articulation disorder.
The three children who didn't have complexed articulation disorder-structural, acoustic, neural but functional articulation disorder were selected under their parent's permission.
Each subject was scheduled for 40-minute session twice a week. The treatment design used was a multiple baseline across the subjects. Each subject was individually treated by the Speech Sound Discrimination based Paired-Stimuli Technique program reconstructed by the author. The particular phoneme used in this therapy program was /ㅈ/

The result were summarized as follows:

First, as a result of applying the Speech Sound Discrimination based Paired-Stimuli Technique, all children who participated in this study showed much improvement from palatal fronting of /ㅈ/ sound after the treatment. and increased production of right articulation was meaningful.

Second, as a result of this process, their productions of right articulation increased in numbers of the word and sentences. It was verified that this is the effective way of treatment for the production of articulation /ㅊ/,/ㅉ/ as a non-targeted phoneme.

Consequently, I would like to suggest as below for the study of the Speech Sound Discrimination based Paired-Stimuli Technique on the articulation disordered children.

First, It is needed to study more and apply them to the children who shows articulation disoders except /ㅈ/.

Second, as I studied about simple articulation disordered children only in this thesis, the more and continuous studies about the children who has complexed articulation disorder-structural, acoustic, neural-are needed.
