In terms of the cause of quitting workers at venture enterprise iobs, this research focuses on how turnover intention is affected by job burnout, and how job embeddedness influences the statistical variable of job intention. Various researches have emphasized the correlation between Job satisfaction and turnover intention of general jobs without considering diversity of job society inclinations. Furthermore, through the general hypothesis that job satisfaction influences turnover intention, several researches have verified that job satisfaction and turnover intention are correlated. Due to the insufficiency of researches that provide specific results of the possibility of minimizing turnover intentions through a regulation variable at the psychological stage of a worker's job burnout to turnover, this research thus emphasizes the need for adequately considering related causes that influence turnover intentions in terms of job Embeddedness concepts.
In order to obtain such results, this research has output variables based on standard research results. Firstly, the status clue of job burnouts in terms of worker duties were categorized into physical exhaustion and psychological breakaway, thus emphasizing the influence of job burrout on turnover intentions.. Based on such Job burnout and turnover intentions, the correlation between the two were stressed according to statistical job embeddedness variables(link, fit, sacrifice) in order to probe the influences and changes occurring to job burnout. Hypothesis testing was done by surveying approximately 300 workers of Daeduk Research Development District enterprises and organizations, collecting and statistically analyzing survey data. Actual research results show that turnover intentions rise with the increase of job burnouts. Thus, worker turnover intentions due to job burnouts can be decreased through job embedded regulation variables.
Job embeddedness refers to the link, fit, and sacrifice factors in terms of the degree of attachment to the job, ability to create sociable relationships with co-workers, self-confidence of work duties, and concentration at work. The three factors showed to be important regulation variables for lowering turrover intention Although job burnout is a serious issue for venture enterprise workers, high satisfaction in terms of link, fit, and sacrifice factors at work showed to significantly influence the decrease of turnover intention. On the other hand, if a low job embeddedness is shown by workers experiencing job burnouts, it was verified that an overall high turnover intention is likely to show as well.
Based on such results, this research provides the following research significances. It is characteristically difficult for venture enterprises to provide workers with welfare and monetary compensations of large-enterprise levels in order prevent turnovers.
However, this research demonstrates the significance of raising worker satisfaction while being able to lower worker turnover and monetary loss. Foremostly, stepping aside from standard researches stressing the correlation between job satisfaction and job turnover this research provides a new concept of job embeddedness, which in turn has provided results demonstrating it as a key reaction with a close relation to worker turnover intentions.
The research provides personnel administrators or enterprise leaders with which specific factors to focus on when a job burnout continues into turnover intention, thus allowing a higher success rate of reducing turnover intention.
Contrary to the research significance demonstrated, the research was also shown to be in need of supplementations in the near future in terms of a more discrete consideration of research-target organization characteristics, individual interviews, and emotional analysis methods through case-study researches.
However, with the detection of the influential factors and countermeasure suggestions for turnover management issues at venture enterprises, the research is expected to provide future workers with a higher success level and better guide for turnover management.
