생활체육지도자의 직무만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대 사회는 여가시간이 증가함에 따라 운동이나 스포츠에 대한 인간의 활동욕구를 증대시켜 생활체육이 현대인의 삶과 밀접한 관계를 맺기에 이르렀지만 생활체육지도자를 대상으로 한 직무만족에 관한 연구 성과가 미흡한 실정이기 때문에 생활체육지도자들에 대한 직무 만족 요인을 분석하고 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울, 경기에 소재하고 있는 공공 스포츠센터 및 상업스포츠 센터에 근무하는 생활체육지도자 250명을 편의표본추출 하였으나, 이 중 200명의 유효표본 자료를 연구에 이용하였다.
조사도구로는 설문지를 사용하였으며 인구 통계학적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 성별, 연령, 결혼여부, 지도경력 등을 묻는 문항을 사용하였다. 직무만족요인 측정을 위해 K.T.O(Korea Teacher Opionnaire : 전성연,1982) P.T.O(Purdure Teacher Opinionnaire : Bently & Remple, 1970), 그리고 이상일(1995)의 연구, 고명진(2004)의 연구에서 사용한 직무만족요인 질문지를 수정 보완하여 사용하였으며, 직무몰입에 관한 설문지는 김민희(2006)를 수정 보완하여 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 거쳐 자료 분석 목적에 따라 SPSS WINDOW 14.0을 활용하여 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA), 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다.
이와 같은 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 직무만족요인에서는 연령, 지도경력에서 한두 가지 하부요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 직무몰입요인은 유의하지 않게 나타났다.
둘째, 생활체육지도자의 직무만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향은 직무만족의 하부요인 중 3가지 요인만(전문성 신장에 대한만족, 대인관계 및 인정에 대한만족, 근무환경에 대한만족)이 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As people get more free time than ever, they have become naturally interested in all kind of sports or exercises they can do in daily basis. Because of this, 'Sport for all' is now critically associated with the daily lives of the people. However, there is little reports on job satisfaction of the sport for all instructors. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors on job satisfaction of sport instructors and find out how the job satisfaction influences on job immersion. For this, 250 instructors working at public and private sport facilities in Seoul and Gyung-Gi-Do were selected for convenience sampling, and 200 among them were finally chosen as effective samples for this research.
For this research, questionnaires including a list of questions about subjects' sex, age, marriage status and experience in teaching are used to find out demographic features. Questionnaires which were used in study of K.T.O(Korea Teacher Opionnaire: Jeon Seong-yun, 1982), P.T.O(Purdure Teacher Opinionnaire: Bently & Remple, 1970), Lee Sang-il(1995), Go Myung-jin(2004) were revised and employed to discover the factors of job satisfaction. For the research of job immersion, questionnaire of Kim Min-hi(2006) was modified and adjusted. Factor analysis and reliability analysis was first carried out to the collected data, and SPSS WINDOW 14.0 was used for one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.
The following is the results of the data analyzing.
First, it turns out that the factors related to the subjects' age and experience in teaching sports affect the job satisfaction, but they don't have any relation to the job immersion.
Second, among the subordinate factors of the job satisfaction, three of them including satisfaction for building expertise, social relationships, and working condition are closely associated with the job immersion.
